Yum. This spot was casual and friendly. We ordered the fish and chips, coleslaw and mushy peas, which we so homey and fresh. We ate by the water in the park. So cute for a date idea.
Stopped by Ships-A-Hoy Fish and Chips for a quick lakeside meal while visiting from Alberta, and it hit the spot! It’s a take-out style fish joint right on the lake, which makes it perfect for grabbing your food and enjoying it by the water. The fish portions were generous, with a great cod-to-batter ratio — lots of fish in every bite! Some of the best fish & chips I’ve ever had, the fish was halibut and was not dried out quite moist, the chips were fresh potatoes and very good, if you are in Peachland the Ships Ahoy is a must!!!
