I did not like this experience.
I went to grab two sandwiches for me and my friend. We went in and order two subs with sauce and cheese. We also asked for two fountain drinks. We order the sandwich and wait for the women to put it in the oven. 10 minuets later we get our sandwiches and get ready to pay just to see they charged over $40 for two sandwiches. Absolutely unacceptable prices. Don't recommend to anyone trying to have a reasonable lunch.

Stopped by for lunch while I was in a hurry, and I had a great experience.JOBAN helped me out quickly and was super friendly the whole time. She had a big smile on her face and great energy while serving customers. I told her to make the sandwich her way, and it turned out perfect! Definitely coming back

We were served by the most rudest person, we asked her to put more on our subs as it was quite stingy , she did and upon check out time she had charged us triple......we told her that we only wanted double.......I don't care was the response..........I did not want to take the subs...the tab was 94.00 for 5 subs............I will never go back there again.......

"During my summer holidays in Kelowna, I stopped by this place on my way because I was feeling hungry. I noticed one girl working alone and handling the entire store by herself.
She listened carefully to my order and made my sub exactly the way I wanted—it was absolutely delicious! She mentioned she was covering someone else’s shift at this location from a nearby store, yet she managed everything so efficiently and professionally.
As an All-Star member, I can confidently say she did a fantastic job. Kudos to her for her dedication and great service!"

Honestly, worst experience I've had at Subway for a while... No cookies and bad service. She took our orders where we said world be separate, messed up on both of our sandwiches... Then asked if we wanted to pay separately, we said yes. She then finished packing and we reminded her that we were paying separately, she acknowledged what we said then continued to put them both on the same tab. Once we realized all she had to say was "I put it on his... I can refund"
Next time, it's worth to just go to Westbank or choose A&W

Bethany was great she showed great service very presentable and exceptional personality love the cleanliness and service of everything blessed she helped me with my daughter's salad whom is a diabetic couldn't ask for a better person wonderful

Aug 25 @ 12pm I was trying to enjoy my lunch when a lady in the back is talking very loudly about a ant infestation, and swearing every second word. And swearing while talking to a customer. This is unacceptable and I will not be back to this location.

Family visited today on the way back from the Penticton dinosaur show. 2 young gentlemen working there seemed visibly upset we were ordering subs. No smiles, made us feel Uncomfortable. Less than average food and now some of us are sick. Will never return.
