Finally a hand crafted Chinese restaurant in town. I have tried about everything on the menu so far, and everything has been so delicious. I definitely have my favourites, and never been disappointed ever either!! Must try s are the sweet and sour pork, and the ribs, these are absolutely delicious.

Stopped in at Bao’s as we had no idea where our accommodation in Pemberton was and no way of finding out without Wi-Fi! The kindly lads at Bao’s came to the rescue and welcomed us in out of the cold. They were happy to chat to us and couldn’t have been more warm and hospitable to us. We finished off with some pork and egg rolls before we left - something special! We would travel back to Pemberton just for those bad boys, and we live in Manchester, UK, so that gives you an idea… thank you for helping and feeding us when we needed it most. Canadian hospitality at its finest.

I walked into Bao’s for the first time yesterday and immediately I was struck by how clean it was. Open concept with we’ll lit displays and local art on the wall, it was extremely welcoming. The staff were super kind and very helpful explaining the menu and describing what was available. Customer service is key for me and this crew absolutely nailed it from the get go. Now, let’s talk about the food! I N C R E D I B L E! I ordered a bunch of dishes for a potluck dinner and everyone said it was the highlight of the meal. Dumplings, short ribs, spring rolls, beef, chicken, it was all so good! I highly recommend Bao’s Pemberton! Well done and thanks!Vegetarian options: Great menu choices!Kid-friendliness: Very easygoing staff.Parking: Lots of party and right in downtown pemberton!Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level walk in.

We ordered the new Thursday night delivery special in Whistler! Everything was so delicious – the honey garlic ribs, the pork belly, the beef and broccoli the potstickers…all of it! All the ingredients were fresh and great quality. I would very highly recommend, a very yummy way to spend a Thursday night!!

Chef’s specials are my favorite, black bean prawns or the BBQ pork. On these cold spring days the hot and sour soup is a must. JI’s favorite is the beef and broccoli on chicken fried rice.Vegetarian options: Veggy options are delicious. Hot and soup a favorite.
