Grimm's Gourmet & Deli Ltd & Brooklyn's Pizza

I have never felt more warmly welcome in an establishment! I was in Pemberton for work and stopped in on my first evening, everyone was kind and warm. I spent some time talking to the owner who truly has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I've ever met. On top of the atmosphere, the food was great and I came back the next day.

I love this place

This the nicest place I have been to so far in Canada after two weeks. I stumbled in during a short break on a long bike ride and I was welcomed warmly by the owner, who kindly directed me around. The food was great, and they have this great model train running in the store. It was also the first place in Canada that did not ask for a tip on the card-machine. Unfortunately, I did not have cash on me, because they are so reasonably priced that I would have tipped 20%.

This place is great! My kids had their BLT on our way through town and loved it so much we had to come again on our way back few days later. We were in between lunch and dinner and they were closed but they had no problem making the kids their BLTs and making their day. Great service, awesome food!

Breakfast and lunch to go for a working out of towner has always been satisfying. My go to when working in Pemberton. Great pizza and a hot sauce that may harm sensitive palates.

Stopped by for some ice cream after dinner and met the owner. He was very personable and fun to talk to. We accidentally left my husband’s wallet outside. When we realized it was missing we rushed back even though th restaurant was closed. The owner kindly left a note on the door with his phone number so we could call him to get it back. He came right back over to deliver us the wallet even though he had just barely left after closing time.

Great joint friendly staff. Delicious food. Prices seem expensive ($60 with tip for breakfast and some added extras w fried pickles, not including drink) but that seems to be the case in Pemberton, and I guess life generally these days.

I was visiting Pemberton and thought this would be a good place for dinner and brunch the next morning. I was right Excellent pizza and burgers and the outdoor seating is a plus. The owner emanates such a happy and positive vibe. Will definitely be returning when in Pemberton.

Used to be open early for a good greasy breakfast, now they watch all their potential customers walk across the street … decent bacon n’ eggar and good coffee across the street btw 🤷‍♂️
