At this location, they mix up orders, even if you are dining in! I came here with my daughter for breakfast. She ordered pancakes with hash; I ordered the new wrap. They didn't give us cutlery; it took five minutes to get one for the pancakes. Then we realized they didn't provide syrup! My daughter went to ask for some; they refused to give her any! And as for the wrap, you can see the photo—it was punched before being put on the tray! The workers have very bad attitudes here.
OK really happy meals are normally meant for kids so the staff couldn't even build the wrap properly I had to put it together myself the picture shows how I got it out of the box after eating the fries. And AGAIN happy meals are meant for kids where are the damn napkins! I shouldn't have to put my own food together and use my clothes as a napkin after doing so. And whoever has been on the phone for over 10 minutes needs to hang up already

Ordered food for mobile pick up to my vehicle and they didn't even acknowledge it. Had to go in the store after I realized they weren't gonna come out to drop off the food. Went in, manager didn't even care and gave me the bag of food that was sitting causing my food to be cold. I complained and they reluctantly made me another order, Which was nice i guess. So much for pre ordering and being quick.

The worst goddamn McDonald’s in the world. The slowest most uncaring employees can never get an order right. Always tell us to pull of to the curb side even when no one is behind you so they can keep their drive thru times down. You make burgers and coffee get your shit straight people.
I hate to leave bad reviews but, three times in the last 4 in store visits I have received cold food and have had to wait 10 minutes for a coffee. When I ask for fresh food to be made I received grief. I have had to ask for a refund in three of four visits only to jump into my car and receive perfect service if I use the drive through. I’m perplexed why they ever offer in store service when they are so adverse to it. If coffee is going to take 10 minutes why make the food right away.

This place is beyond a joke. It is the slowest mcdonalds that I've ever been to. 20 mins for a bacon and egg mcmuffin. Happens all the time too.

Well, I asked for egg and cheese in an English muffin, but somehow add a ham too. No napkins were placed at the counter. Asked for a small orange peko with 2 creams handed just black. There are no straws for the ice coffee, too. Needed more attention while taking and handing the orders out.

There is 6 people working in the back and 4 of us waiting to be helped at the till. You may have a lot of people at drive thru but you cant ignore the people standing in the restaurant

Ordered and they missed off smores. The staff couldn’t find our order even though it was written on the boxes. Unhelpful. They just ignored the issue and carried on. I ended up leaving with the issue unresolved and they couldn’t care less. Chips over salty. Wouldn’t recommend this branch.

April, who works in the pick-up should learn some customer service. Ryan the owner needs to educate his staff on not being so rude to customer. Vancouver stores are so much better
