Austin Fish & Chips

Highly recommend! Family wanted fish and chips and googled this place - it was delicious! Ordered the dinner for 3 and it was delicious! Fish was well seasoned and crispy. I LOVED the house-made coleslaw so much, we ordered more!

Service was super friendly and welcoming.

This place was AMAZING in every way. They let us in at 7:59 to eat even though they closed at 8, Cindy was a sweetheart to us the entire time and the food was 10/10. Great work

Was here recently. Ordered the AYCE Pollack & Chips. As well as bottomless soda for extra 2 bucks.

Food was okay.

But the boy about 14yrs old wearing glasses lacks the emotional intelligence and maturity to be a server. He should be watching power rangers, not serving paying customers.

Also I was charged an extra Dollar for leaving 4 french fries on my plate. Getting charged an extra Dollar is just Very Petty & Ignorant. And short sighted. I go for fish & chips about twice a month. Instead of eating here let's say 7 times over 4 month period, & I always order a soda, I will just eat somewhere else. That would have brought in more revenue than the 1$ surcharge. How do they like that math ?

You may think that all fish and chips are the same, but wait till you try this place. The fish here is crispy outside and juicy and tasty inside. Even the cheapest pollock has good texture. The wild cod is even better. We'll be back again to try the other dishes.

You may doubt the quality of the food because this place is run by orientals, but the lady owner told us the chef (probably who started the restaurant) was British. So it's authentic stuff.

The prices are also more than reasonable. One piece (big!) pollock with fries and coleslaw is just $14 in 2025. You'd pay more at McDonald's for the crappy filet-o-fish 'meal' (I assume that's actually fish).

We often go to Austin Fish & Chips. We live in Coquitlam and drive to Pitt Meadows as the food is always good and service is amazing. A good family run business with Cindy at the helm is a recipe for success!

Had wild cod 5 fish 2 chips at 3.00 took home air fried for 3 min so perfect best fish we've had and chips are awsome also 👌 😋

I recently had the pleasure of dining at “Austin Fish & Chips” and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing meal.
But the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the fish and chips. They were, hands down, the best I have ever tasted! The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The chips were golden and seasoned to perfection.
What made the visit even more memorable was the outstanding customer service. Cindy, the owner, was particularly helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. Her genuine care for her customers truly sets this place apart.
If you're in the mood for some top-notch fish and chips served with a side of excellent service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Very delicious calamari, crispy amazing chips, and amazing fish. Servers and owners are incredibly kind, I was having a bad day up until their food lifted my spirits. Recommend for seafood!

Love this place! Generous portions, fast service and friendly staff. I get the wild cod and chips once a week. The seniors' deals are generous also.
