Had an amazing experience at Boston Pizza! I was in a few days ago and the food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the service was absolutely outstanding. Akima is hands down the best server ever. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Her positive energy truly made the night even better. If you’re dining here, ask for Akima! You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend this location!

Just amazing.

I came with my son for his team dinner and when we got there and sat down, someone came to my son and did some magic tricks.

Eventually we got our food and it was AMAZING. It took a while because the whole team was there, but still!

After we got dessert and it was yummy and it was pretty cheap!

Not enough seating, often have to wait for a table during non peak times. 5 of us always squished into a booth for 4. Have tried many dishes, none of them great. Service is fine, also not great. We only go back because family restaurants are limited in the area and our kids enjoy it.

Decided to stop by the Pitt Meadows location as we were starving and have had decent meals in the past here.
Not today. I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs with honey garlic sauce and did it disappoint. $25 for what's basically a Great Value Walmart frozen ribs that you re-heat. I wouldn't serve this to my dog. Cold fries and coleslaw that looked days old. Easily the worst meal I've had in my 65 years. I took 2 bites and sent it back and we left. Maybe 6 tables had patrons so if I'm a betting man I'd say they bought the ribs at Walmart and reheated them. The server was gracious and completely understood and refunded my meal . Watch your step leaving at the front door as the rug is completely torn and needs replacement or someone will trip leaving. Never going back and I will definitely tell anyone I know don't waste your money.

Not worth it.

First, they do have vegan cheese, Daiya.

I ordered the cauliflower crust, no sauce, onions, mushrooms, spinach and vegan cheese.

The toppings were so minimal. The onions and spinach were burnt. Those black strings in the picture are white onions. There was maybe ten cents of cheese, retail. And it was $25. It was not tasty. It was not filling. It was not worth it.

Was really disappointed with the whole experience. We ordered 2 small pizzas and some hot wings. The food was sub par, and then when we got the bill, I almost fell over. $85 for lunch. I will not be going back.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at Boston pizza in Pitt meadows. It was appy hour, and we specifically ordered off the APPY menu. After getting our bill and paying, we realized we were charged for the full cost. When we brought it up to our server who was good at first, but as soon as we mentioned this her tone changed with us immediately. She tells me it’s our fault that we didn’t ask, but it’s the servers job to ask if we wanted the appy version or the regular. She scuffs at me when I politely asked and tells me “I’ll have to deal with you later!” And storms off. 15 minutes passes, she still didn’t come back to address my concern. I had to flag down another girl to ask to speak to a manager. She tells me she will get one, but doesn’t. So after another 10 minutes of waiting I went to the front desk where the manager was standing. Our server passed me and heard me asking for a manager and with the most passive aggressive response says “here’s a manager!” To shut me up I’m assuming, he tells me it’s a misunderstanding, and wasn’t looking to speak any further. I believe the managers name was “Ty” I’ve never felt so disrespected as a customer and I think it’s safe to say I will NOT be returning to this location with the lack of responsibility and respect servers and management lack here.

Thank you for an awesome team lunch in a time crunch. We reserved and preordered a team lunch for 40 people. We had 1.5hrs and the Boston Pizza Team under Hassan got us seated,fed and out the door in 80minutes to make our next game in time. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Boy oh boy I loved the addition of glass cups, everywhere else is being cheap with plastic ones. Ordered the fries and I don’t think I’ve ever had fries that perfectly crisp ever beforehand. I was served by Nicole and it was like she had Lucios speed boost with how quick she got to my table!
