Hands down my spot when it comes to Sports Arena vibe and late night service.

BOH: Kitchen can be off sometimes depending on the time of the day/week.
They are quiet and professional so from a guest’s perspective that is amazing (I haven’t heard them swearing during crazy rushes haha)

I worked at a BP / Restaurant environment in my highschool years so I TOTALLY get it!

Totally understandable during difficult labour challenges. The staff just need better processes and training / Quality control by expo/managers would solve this issue easily. Maybe taste their own appies once a while! Would drastically improve…

FOH: The mgmt and bar side staff are very professional and personable so I already forgot what the issues were with the food. If they can manage to reduce turnover with the bar staff, I will continuously visit the bar side (not to drink alcohol, but the sports screen / cool AC vibe is why I come here)

Front host desk is inconsistent at times between feeling treated like a VIP and “OMG why are you here we are sooo busy” (children Hostess). Maybe the hosts should consider that having more guests during rushes are what pays the bills, not more stress. Empathy and Logic!😉

MY SPOT to hang out with friends, work meetings, or just having a ME time relaxing after work. Did I mention they have the best view for a restaurant in town of the Golden Ears Mtn? Straight out of a IMAX looking North east. Epic!

I totally understand that the family / children side just want their food ASAP because children can’t wait for the food and their parents to just shut their mouths 😂.

I like to meet my out of town guests here and my close friends to chat over wings and nachos. Please let them feel welcomed to visit for a hangout. 😅

I ordered 2 servings of dirt and worms. (Gummy worms and pudding) I called over the phone and they said it would be ready in 5 min. I got there and no one punched in the order. Not only did they take 10-15 mins to “make” it. They gave me pudding cups stale gummy worms, and crushed up Oreos in a plastic container. I have never left a review before but for this kind of service I had to. Horrible horrible. You need to at least make the order not just throw ingredients into a bag. Especially if you didn’t Even make the order that was called in and make the customer wait. Thank you very much

Good food

Enjoyed service and food. Was not please with unfavorable smell of the place. I noticed a sour smell of some sort. Had move our seat from the window. Even after we moved I still smell that unfavorable sour smell. Was not happy with that. Just it was mother's day for me.

Honestly the service is awful, the menu photos are way different than what the food is, and the comedian is the best person in this joint

We had a few drinks at the bar and the bartender (Kristine) engaged with us in a great conversation and shared cool ideas with us.

Tried to stop in for brunch this past Saturday. The greeter and only server working was fantastic and informed us two large groups were coming and suggested we sit in the bar which we agreed to. The manager immediately came out and told her that was not an option and to sit us next to the group as she was the only server working. The manager then tried to explain that our only option was to sit next to groups and we decided to just leave based on the option presented.

Kids enjoyed their kids meal, but adult meals were served over 5.minutes after.the kids. The kids actually stopped eating their good, hot.food, in order to eat with us (parents) Adult meals were less than average serving size. We will not be back. Reduced menu and the experience described above are the major motivators. So many better local options.

was here yesterday, the place was fairly dead plenty of staff yet it took them a long time to come to my table, once they finally did i ordered my drink and food since i was well decided..... they brought it out but i was not happy with it. did they do their usual stop by to check how everything is after approximately 5-10 minutes? NO they certainly did not, in fact it took them 35 minutes to come by and by that time by food was cold and gross my beer was flat and i just wanted to leave. the service here is non existent i will not be going back to this location unless i want to spend my entire afternoon eating a cold TINY appetizer and drink a flat beer

Horrible experience of this location. Be careful they will add tips regardless you are agree or not. Services really slow, missing forks, plates etc, basically no one asked if we need anything or not in the middle of meal. When you finally ask for additional supplies dut to missing, nothing happened in next 5 minutes and we had to follow up again and again. The list went on..They don’t care about your feeling but care your money only.

The pricing is approaching premium pizza levels, but is certainly not premium pizza. It's good but they have to step up their game at that price point.
