I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this restaurant. My husband and I went in around midnight (the website says open until 1am). We waited at the front, but no one was there, so we walked to the back to get someone’s attention. A woman finally came out and said the kitchen was closed. When we mentioned the website stated 1am, she said last call was at 12. It left a very bad impression.

On another visit with a large party, a 20% tip was automatically added, which was fine, but the service was poor. Our server only took the order and brought the food—no drink refills, no checking in to see how things were.

Overall, both experiences were disappointing, and we won’t be returning.

Taste of Vegetarian pizza was good but it had a little topping with no olive and no sauce for side. Price was a little high.

Service this time round gets a 11/10!! Our waitress Christine/Kristine (not sure which spelling) was phenomenal. Never had a better experience here!! Topped up water repeatedly, kept asking if we needed anything, PLUS my sandwich was too spicy for me and she got my a new order — so SO kind. Shout out to her!!

Really enjoyed my time at boston pizza. Food was delicious and the service, wow let me tell ya. Me and my friends got the best hostis i’ve ever had!! Her name was Akima and she was the most friendly server ever. Would definitely recommend.

The bartender I think her name is Maya was the sweetest girl ever, really made my experience there! Service there was top tier and the food was very good!

Ordered Nachos - had bad experience with service and food year prior thought another chance would be ok, Was not nachos were soggy and stale hamburger was spoilt

I ordered a piece of meat steak full leveling when it arrived for the first time it was cold and they brought a second one and it was half a leveler completely

Noticed a weird dusty smell. The food’s never bad, but there was a very confident mouse that kept running up to and by our table looking for food scraps. Won’t be visiting this location again, and think Fraser health should look into this place.

First time here in years and as nice as the staff is at first the food has little to no meat in the bun for my sandwich, no refills on drinks were asked and tried to leave and needed a to go container and couldn't find one staff member anywere for help so took it in a napkin. (Yes paid for things) but most shocking was seeing a mouse run through the dining area !!

Boston Pizza has consistent quality in their food items. They don't compromise on ingredients. They have a variety of food options for the whole family. I recommend the Boston Brute sandwich with meat sauce.

Foods tastes good, however the portion size of the lasagna was ridiculously small.
