Food and service at this location are below the standard you would expect from other Boston Pizza. Not too many table (around 5-ish in the afternoon), but service was slow. Can see a few servers standing around chit-chatting. The ones that were working just kept walking around not sure what they were busy with. The "Slow-Roasted Pork Back Ribs" was boiled meat with sauce brushed on top. Kid's "Bugs n' Cheese" was swimming in tasteless soup-like liquid (have to use the team "liquid" because there is no way you can taste any sort of cheese). Only decent dish is the pizza.

Food was not hot today and the salad wasn't as fresh as it should be. Manager was very accommodating and reduced my bill. We eat here quite frequently and today was an exception. Food is typically better quality.

I will never forget this night! Went out for Easter dinner with my sister and her boyfriend, and had the blessing of having Hassan as our server! Hassan is truly such an amazing human! When it came time to order our dishes, I asked him a question about a burger I had from there many years ago and Hassan absolutely lit up with excitement mentioning that he actually used to work in the kitchen when that dish was on the menu, and he actually offered to make it for us himself! Hassan I hope you are reading this, you are an incredible chef, I would take that dish to Gordon Ramsey himself. I will absolutely be coming back!! This restaurant has a secret ingredient and it is Hassan!

Called to inquire about UFC and see if they were playing it in their lounge. They put me on hold and forgot about me. I then called back and got a nicer sounded individual, he then put me on hold to inquire with the bartender. The bartender then picked up the phone sounding agitated and stated they would not be showing it and won't consider it in a matter of fact irritated tone. I said "that's fine I just wanted to know" they then disconnected without a bye or anything.

Appetizers were late and cold. Maybe 2 minutes before meal. Pizza and Mac and cheese were good. Way more shrimp on my Boston royal than the 12 that were on there last time which the manager said was normal. Friendly waitress Ryann.

Food took a bit, and we ended up getting our food to go. Cranky child. Get home, and the quality of the chicken wasn't great. So I called and talked to the manager, and they kindly sent us a new meal :)
