I ordered through their app and accidentally ordered from the Pitt Meadows location for delivery. I quickly called them to cancel the order as it would take 45 minutes to get to me and I have a store 2 minutes down the road from me. The girl from the store insisted that because it’s delivery they can’t cancel it because the delivery company they partner with is uber eats. First of all, I didn’t get a notification from uber eats, secondly, I could see from the app that the food was still waiting to be prepared. They took my money and refused to refund because as she said… the delivery they use is a third party. What does that have to do with anything!?? It wasn’t made yet. It wasn’t picked up yet. Why they say they can’t refund because it’s for delivery (again, it hasn’t been made nor has it been picked up for delivery). Oh but if I called it in for pick up, they would have refunded me. SCAMMERS! AMD to boot, batters box at $22.99 comes with horrible pieces of chicken. They track on $$$$ if you request certain pieces. I’m sticking with Churches or KFC.

Update: then the store calls me 18 minutes later to tell me they were able to get a hold of uber eats delivery to cancel my order. WAIT…WHAT??? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE??? now my order is being cancelled without my knowledge??!!

Don't know about atmosphere in house just ordering delivery, all I know is I am an excellent gourmet cook, but when I want a taste of greasy not so good food for me, you are my no. 1 go to, the taste is what I crave and you deliver every time. Thank you (for getting me fatter), love it.

Went there on Tuesday night with my family to have the $4 special. The lady staff there made the deep friend pickle for us and it was really nice of her. We really appreciated it since she made it to order and we always go there for that.

Never had a better sandwich at fast food. Fresh to order. The staff was very welcoming. Takes a little longer, but worth the wait time. So delicious! Definitely coming back. Consistent

Sooo yummy! We had the popcorn chicken and biscuits. The batter on the chicken was very light and you could actually taste the chicken. Very juicy and it is made fresh to order. The hot biscuits were hot out of the oven and honestly I would go and just order biscuits! Gagan carefully explained the menu and she was so enthusiastic. Very great service.

Tried the poutine and a tender combo. Poutine was not good, and the app is annoying because it makes you manually add each bottle deposit fee and select your entree twice in the meals.
