Manager is a complete jerk who doesn’t understand what the rest of the McDonald’s restaurants do all over the province. I showed up at 5:06pm on July 3rd, 2025. She deserves to be fired. The new management sucks!!!!!

I come quite frequently and it's always the same. Staff are scrambling and working hard, but the store always seems understaffed or they have no clear leadership by management.
Long line ups whether it is walk in or drive thru, always an excessively long wait.
2 years later, Dec 2024, still the same.
Drive thru the priority and any walk up customers just stand waiting.

Worst McDonald's in the lower mainland. It's worth it to drive to Maple Ridgle, Poco, or even over the bridge to Walnut Grove. Slow service. And it's a 50/50 chance at best if they're going to get your order right. Even the simplest things. If do get take out, or drive through. Always check before leaving. Twice in a row now, I've got home to realize they gave me the wrong order.
This is the worst location. I don't even go to McDonald's that much but every time I've been here the order is wrong and they're usually out of something. We live close but I'd drive to another location to avoid this one.
