I have been sitting in the pullout from the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for my breakfast order. They have offered me three separate orders that aren't mine and I still don't have any food.

The Lady Manager today, was very rude and unprofessional. She was responding with a toxic behaviour. I need the McDonald authority to review her behaviour, retrain her or something, we Canadian citizens do not accept such behaviour

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've been to. I always have to check my bags before leaving because they ALWAYS forget something. The food never seems fresh either.. yuck! Never again.

Big issue is my App does not work anymore. It keeps telling me to log kn again, and says it's sending me an email to log in but I never get it. I have done this about 14 times. I have un-installed app, and downloaded new, and I have double checked the email I give it. - so frustrating!
Everyone says they can't help me.
So I have missed out on a lot of stars.

Bought chicken wrap and hot cakes, chicken wrap wasn't even wrapped properly and pancakes are hard like flip flops had to go get new pancakes.. same with replaced pancakes!! Not going here again. Waste of time and money.

Manager is a complete jerk who doesn’t understand what the rest of the McDonald’s restaurants do all over the province. I showed up at 5:06pm on July 3rd, 2025. She deserves to be fired. The new management sucks!!!!!

Extremely slow drive thru

I come quite frequently and it's always the same. Staff are scrambling and working hard, but the store always seems understaffed or they have no clear leadership by management.

Long line ups whether it is walk in or drive thru, always an excessively long wait.

2 years later, Dec 2024, still the same.

Drive thru the priority and any walk up customers just stand waiting.
