I come quite frequently and it's always the same. Staff are scrambling and working hard, but the store always seems understaffed or they have no clear leadership by management.
Long line ups whether it is walk in or drive thru, always an excessively long wait.
2 years later, Dec 2024, still the same.
Drive thru the priority and any walk up customers just stand waiting.

Worst McDonald's in the lower mainland. It's worth it to drive to Maple Ridgle, Poco, or even over the bridge to Walnut Grove. Slow service. And it's a 50/50 chance at best if they're going to get your order right. Even the simplest things. If do get take out, or drive through. Always check before leaving. Twice in a row now, I've got home to realize they gave me the wrong order.

Spent extra money for the grinch christmas meal and they’re both missing the socks that was supposed to come with it.

I ordered breakfast and 15 minutes later my order number disappeared from the screen and people who ordered after me were served their meals. They swiftly took care of the drive-thru folk though! I did not get angry, I just asked for a refund. What did irritate me was the managers disingenuous " sorry about that".
