This location is particularly not good. The service is bad and the workers are not even paying attention to your requests. The food was not good at this location and dry. Please hire new staff thank you.

I just had a order delivered by Ubereats. I had calamari and Greek salad. The Greek salad was awful. Two tiny pieces of cucumber, 1 small slice of red onion, 1 small sliver of green pepper and no feta cheese but lots of tomatoes and 2 olives The calamari was cold and had to be reheated. I don't know what the sauce was but it wasn't what usually comes with calamari. It had a very bitter, sour taste
Very disappointed in the meal. This is the second time I have ordered this meal and it's been awful. I will not be ordering anything from your restaurant. Obviously whoever cooked the calamari and put the salad together didn't really care.

I go there every time i'm at that plaza. my mom loves calamari and she doesn't like it over cooked, she's asked multiple different restaurants to not over cook them, this is the only place she gets to enjoy Calamari.

Poor quality food, location serves little to no portion compared to many other Opa restaurants.Cheap out on their food, quality and portions.

The owner or Manager lady is manipulating new comer students from different countries. Specially, from India. She's hiring students and asking them for one week Non payable training. Also, she said the working hours are up to 8 PM and you will get paid only for that and all the hours after that to clean up and Organizing will not be included in the pay. Also, she is manipulating Work permit holder by saying we will help you in your permanent residency if you work according to us and making them work seven days a week from opening to closing. I feel very sad when I saw these things it feels like slavery. I'm ready to delete this comment if they start paying properly and accordingly the laws of Canadian government. Thank you. They have definitely made the portions smaller and smaller, and prices have increased since the last time I was there.Greek salad is mostly lettuce, olives are counted, I only got 2. Salad is basically tomatoes with a little bit of very small cut cucumbers and peppers, almost no onions. Calamari portion was very small. Overall not worth it.

I always go there to get food and everyone is nice but there’s a rude and unprofessional lady too, who knows nothing about communication or customer service at all. She is either a middle eastern or asian. I forgot to ask her for no cheese and asked her to remove it, while I was on a call. She yelled at me and said ; why didn’t I tell her before.She ruined my meal and I ended up throwing more than half of my food to the garbage. So, I called to get her managers name and number, she called herself the manager/owner and started cursing me again and laughing at me. Being in the food industry/customer service I have always been told, customer is right but apparently she thinks; if she is serving the food, she has the right to be disrespectful/rude towards the customers. Come on lady ! You are not serving food for free.I really want the manager or owner to know about her bad skills, and rude behaviour. She is probably new to the country with absolutely no knowledge of customer service, definitely shouldn’t be behind the counter !!Not returning again.
