Pad Thai Restaurant

No wonder they've been here since 1999. We ordered yellow chicken curry, spring rolls and cashew chicken. Best spring rolls I've had in years. We'll definitely be returning.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and they never disappoint. A true staple in Pitt Meadows. Thank you guys!

A throwback to the absolute best Thai food I’ve ever had. Consistent. Large portions. Yellow curry with chicken to die for and the Thai fried rice I just can’t stop eating. Highly recommended.

We ordered chicken lettuce wrap, crispy wonton and beef and broccoli and everything was great.

Very simple and clean ambiance
Would be nice to see more service as there wasn’t a lot of servers we had to wait a really long time for our dessert and for main menu as well !

We’ve eat at Pad Thai a few times now and I felt it was time to write a review! Tonight we ordered take out - Tom yum soup and massa man curry dish with a side of rice. The soup had SO much flavour, was fresh, and had lots of shrimp. The curry also had tons of flavour, well seasoned. Everything was fresh, hot and hit the spot. We feel lucky to have Pad Thai in Pitt Meadows!

Barely warmer inside than outside in winter. Food took 40 minutes to arrive for 2 basic dishes. Everyone that said food tastes great doesn't know what good Thai food tastes like. Both dishes blander than any we've ever had, almost no spice either. They are quite busy though which means people in Pitt Meadows have no idea what good Thai is. Try Sala Thai on Burrard in Vancouver and learn what good Thai food tastes like. We have been to Thailand and Thai is our favorite style of food so we will never return here.

Ordered online for pick up in 45 mins for a weeknight dinner. When I showed up (on time) they haven’t even started cooking. Had to wait an additional 25 mins with little kids in the car waiting to be fed. Owner not even apologetic for the delay.
Makes the whole experience not ideal.

We have dined in and got take out many times. Their food is consistently delicious and we often get take out for larger groups. The owners are courteous and very pleasant to work with. If you haven't tried Thai food, we highly recommend you give them a try and you will probably be a repeat customer like us.

Love it here. Tasty food, home-style cooking. Great friendly staff! Good location at Lougheed & Harris. Restaurant decor is outdated and washroom is tired, both needs to be updated.

This is the farthest from authentic I have ever seen for Thai food. People claiming this is authentic has not eaten from street carts in Thailand...

The pad thai is made from ketchup instead of tamarind... which is literally the essence of pad thai. Gone is the flavour of tangy sour noodles to disgustingly sweet bright red ketchup noodles. Plenty of chicken in there, barely any tofu. Not even a lime wedge. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

The Tom Yum Rice, which I have never seen, had a decent spicy flavour however the short grain rice they use was mostly overcooked and mush.

I'm not 100% certain if the thai iced tea was done north american style with sugar and half and half, but it didn't taste anything what I am used to from thai teas. However it wasn't half bad.

Perhaps it is more catered to western tongues, but it certainly is the farthest from real thai food I have ever seen. The portions are pretty small compared to other thai places, but there was plenty of the protein.

The interior is also incredibly dirty with dead flies on the windowsills.
