The staff went above and beyond today. My daughter had a little fall and spilled my friends coffee, they replaced it and quickly helped mop up the mess. A few minutes later the girls came back to check on my daughter and offered her a cake pop and sticker. This act of kindness made my day and my daughter was a very happy customer in the end. Thank you to tho young ladies who went above and beyond.

One star for the guy taking the order(prithvi). He can learn a lot from the girl working beside him (Erin). I come to this Starbucks all the time Erin everytime greets and talk nicely. Will change it to 5 star only because of Erin. Starbucks if you see my review teach some manners to Prithvi how to talk to customer . After your reply I will change it to 5 star

I always stop here after my massage therapy appointment in the morning, and am met with friendly staff! This morning my drink and muffin was out in less than a minute, I’m not exaggerating. I will definitely continue to stop by :)

the starbucks in pittmeadows wasn't very good due to one specific worker. a middle eastern man made my drink terrible! i don't want to be paying 7$ for a drink made by a guy who doesn't know what he's doing. the drink was bitter and gross, and the wip cream was liquidated and lumpy. i always have a poor experience when he is serving me. i am disapointed. do better!!!

I was the only person in line for 5 minutes, watched 6 employees chat and wipe down counters and blenders.Not even a hi or i'll just be a minute, felt invisible.Just left, really disappointing, what's happened to customer service.

Ordered through app and still took 20 mins. Waiting for the mobile pick up for 15, and watched customers come in, order, picked up and left with their order(s), I thought that the app was suppose to be “front of the line”.Then I got my order and it was 3/4 full.
