Younger gentleman served me was super polite and made the sandwich perfect. Also recommend the crispy onions! They are a game changer for subway!

A straight forward subway experience. For me personally , climbing prices are going to eventually end subway visits for me all together as it is no longer economically viable for me to do so. ( My opinion is by no means directed at any one location specifically )

I have been to this location many times (close to work) and every time is a brutal experience. The worst subway I have ever been too hands down.

I visited recently on September 6 and was left waiting for about three to four minutes while the employee prepped trays of bread for the oven. I understand that tasks need to be done, but I would have appreciated at least a pause to assist me, especially after waiting through multiple trays. It would go a long way in showing that customers are valued. Hoping for a better experience next time
We had amazing polite service here. Our vegetables were fresh, ripe tomato bread was soft and freshly baked. These ladies looked like they enjoyed their jobs and were not distracted and were kind. Great customer service! I will be back for sure. It was also very clean and tidy.

There are five cars parked in the five parking spots but there’s no customers inside!
i bought a sandwich. then asked to use the washroom. then was kicked out and she worker threatened to call the police because it was almost closing time. and was yelling at me. rude employee.. bad restaurant. do lot recommend at all. go to maple ridge subway.

I usually get my lunch there. It’s busy at the time but the staff are friendly and nice. I usually order curb side pick up and it’s ready on time.

Please change your timing to 11:30 as your employees are very rude if you order after 11:30 and it’s not the first time that it happened.
I wish i could rate you negative starts! Always the worst customer service! If your staff really doesn’t want to work, get a new staff! I have been to this store many times but not even once treated well, especially the white lady (little old for reference). I am not sure if she is a racist or has poor customer service in general. I always get two extra sauces on the side, every location is very nice about it? Your staff! Literally questioned me arrogantly, how many sauces you need? What’s wrong with this location. Never coming back to this location.

Gift card scam alert: I used a gift card on a sandwich, it said approved then the cashier switched with another cashier whispering something to each other. The next cashier quickly hid the receipt from me and re input the amount owing.The debit machine said it owed 42 cents so I assumed it was a gift card fee . I swiped my card again. It read insufficient funds since it was emptied. The worker told me it had no value on it. I tried one more time and it said insufficient funds again.I tried to reason with the worker but they kept saying no it didn’t work.I ended up having to pay for my sandwich again.
I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time online. I was in a rush, upon reaching girl said she is still going to make it. Two people working and just one customer, but still they thought they were too busy and 15 minutes frame wasn’t enough to make an online order. I left without taking the food. Did not offer me the refund either as I never got the sandwich. They just kept the money and they don’t give a damn if someone gets food or not. They are just concerned with taking people’s money and not serving them.
