The waitress we had wasn’t very personable and never came back and checked on the table often my daughter got a Shirley Temple and it had ants in it and they didn’t even do anything to Accommodate the gross drink on the bill. All food came out and was lukewarm warm.

A world-class view with some very tasty food! Highly recommended.

The burrata and nectarine starter was delicious. So was the crusted halibut on special. The live music was a nice touch.

Management invited us back after a bad experience. This time around, our host and server, Grace, made our experience a wonderful one. The drinks were delicious. And the all day happy hour on Thursday for drinks and food was a pleasant surprise and great value, whether it’s for family dinners, catching up with friends or a business meeting. We would be happy to come back.

Came for Dineout Vancouver. Very disappointed. Our server forgot our drinks. Lobster bisque came to us tepid. And there wasn't enough salmon lox. Main courses was underwhelming (we didn't finish). Dessert below expectations (tiramisu was more of a mousse, and the apple tart a la monde has its icecream already melted when served to us. Food overall felt it came from an industrial prepared assembly kitchen than that of a fine dining country club chef. Atmosphere was very loud from the wedding downstairs. Overall disappointed for the price they were charging.

I would appreciate the manager follow up on this. Thank you.

3 of us Came for Dineout Vancouver , one opted for the daily special instead. our server Grace was so wonderful, kind patient and happy to oblige my friends customizations. I will definitely be going back for more of the sticky rice and butter lettuce salad ( not pictured)

We chose The Loft this year for our annual Morgan Family Dinner. My husband, Chris & I have been there many times before & the food was good. Chris made the reservation the week before. We had a party of 7 so we wanted to be sure to have a table especially on a Saturday night. Our disappointment started with the restaurant not having a reservation. I heard him repeat the date & time several times when on the telephone when he made the reservation. Ok so they were able to accommodate us as there were few people there. Very small selection of appies which were not very tasty at all. The server was good but they were understaffed so he was kept quite busy. The 7 main meals were COLD but most of us ate little of our meal & the server apologized for the late arrival of dinner! I suspect the food was sitting there in the kitchen! What a huge disappointment.
This was no fault of the serving staff as they all did the best they could. They were pleasant & apologetic. I felt very let down with our evening as we all look forward to getting together as family with good food. I will not return to The Loft & DO NOT RECOMMEND it as a GOOD REVIEW!

The tables are spaced very nicely and the noise level in the dining room is very pleasant. The staff was attentive and the food was outstanding. We are new to Maple Ridge and it is our first time going to The Loft but it won't be our last. Dylan was our waiter and he gave us White Glove treatment. All in all it was a wonderful experience

We went for the Thanksgiving three course. Service was excellent. The live music was fine from where we were seated but quite loud at the staircase up to the restaurant.

My companion enjoyed her salad starter. My butternut squash soup was tasty but closer to a puree in texture and it would have benefitted from a little stock or cream.

The turkey dinner was very good. The turkey was moist, the mashed potatoes were smooth and the gravy added a lot of flavor. I would have preferred more veggies and less potatoes, but the proportions were pretty standard for most restaurants.

The pumpkin pie was smooth and tasty, if a little cinnamon forward. It was a bit surprising but I liked it.

This was our first visit to The Loft and we will definitely be going back to try brunch and prime rib night.

Such a great view from the restaurant and beautiful at sunset. We stopped in after hitting the driving range up one night and enjoyed some cocktails which were great and I’d go back for the Caesar salad alone! We both really enjoyed our meals and can’t wait to try them out again hopefully for their prime rib night!

I enjoyed my chicken caprese and my friend her steak salad. What we weren't thrilled with was the service. The place was quite empty yet we were told our party of 10 was too big for the specials. They finally relented, and only one of us ordered it. The waiter was slow to check in for drinks. I easily would have had at least another, but he was missing and by the time he came back I was over wanting one. It also took way too long to get the bill and then wait for the bill to be fixed. I liked my meal and it was clean and in a nice location but I felt there was nothing special about the evening. I'm not sure I'd go back.
