I’m a regular customer at your store, and I wanted to share my experience on December 12th around 6 PM. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant one.
Two staff members, who appeared to be Indian women, were talking loudly in their native language and laughing a lot. What bothered me most was that they were making jokes about customers and laughing at them while interacting with them. Since I understood their language , I could follow everything they were saying, and it was really upsetting.
It is truly embarrassing that a company as old as Tim Hortons, with all its history and charitable efforts, would have employees who behave like this.
I will no longer be returning to this location, and I am genuinely sorry for the management of this branch. I hope they take this matter seriously and make the necessary changes, or else I can’t imagine anyone continuing to patronize this store.

I had a really great experience at this Tim Hortons location since they made my very confusing drink order and also made my food with good quality. The employee who served me was Amrit and he did a really good job making my drink. He was really nice and good at his job. I will be going out of my way to go to this location because there icecaps are also just better then the other Tim hortons near by.

The products are always consistent and good. The atmosphere is ok, and the service is ok.
Under staffing, in a busy place is a recipe for disaster. You don’t get happy smiles and warm greetings. You get unwashed tables, overflowing trash, and disgruntled employees who are fed up.

Very weird staff and served only half of the glass of peach quencher . Vary bad experience.
Service was terrible. We were served by a trainee that was busy talking to another staff and did not put our order through people were gerting their order and we were just waiting and the supervisor was afraid to deal with us cause they knew they made a mistake and did not want to face the mistake. There was no appologies and no compensation. They finally realized the missed our order and then they asked for our receipt and still only gave us part of our order. We had to go back to get the remaining part of the order. Surprised that supervisors are not trained to deal with customer conflicts. Terrible service.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but today I was shocked at the service I received. I visited Sunday November 23 at 3pm. I order several wraps and was waiting for my food. I was standing where they give you food and where you can clearly see the staff making the food. A family had returned some food in a bag to the staff saying they got the wrong order. She said they unwrapped it and it wasn’t right. The staff member took the bag from her. She looked at the contents and realized it was my order. a few moments later she then called out my order and gave me the same bag of food, the family had given her, which they had already took to their table and previously opened. When she gave me the bag, I told her I refuse to take food that somebody else had already taken to their table and opened up. I was horrified! I will never be back. If staff believe that it’s ok to give customers food that was returned by others, I’m not ok with that and I don’t think anybody should eat there.

I come here every morning at 5 AM… This is easily the best morning Tim Hortons crew. Always fully stocked within a short time of opening and excellent service. Thanks everybody for making my morning.

I love Tim Hortons. But I don't understand why - when I make a mobile order - I can't add a special request. Most restaurant app systems give customers the opportunity to leave a modification instruction - for example, the McDonald's app lets me add a special request for "tea bag out". The Starbucks app lets me reduce my tea bag count from 2 to 1. It's so simple! And I am a customer who really appreciates that feature. I'll tell you why. I prefer my tea very lightly steeped. But if I order an XL specialty tea at Tims, it automatically comes with 2 tea bags in the cup. And that makes the tea too dark for me. If I could add a comment, I could ask for one bag in, one bag out, and my problem would be solved. Will Tim's please consider adding a customer comment box on the mobile app? Pretty please?

I was trying to take my order from drive thru at10:30 pm. But the employee rejected me to service. I should suggest employee to treat everyone equally especially the trucker who can not come on drivethru on their semi truck.

Very bad experience Casly made my order wrong lots of sugar and the coffee was not even frish ....when I asked for replacement he said that I have to call in first ... 👎

I recently went through the drive-through, and I got the wrong oders on my capchino and coffee. I went inside to get it corrected. I told them the vananilla and hazelnut were missing from my capchino, AND the coffee had no sugar. They refused to correct my oder, insisting it was correct. I guess the customer is not always right.
