The staff’s very nice and friendly. I love the environment specially the supervisor and the manager. i had a problem with my choice of the coffie and can’t drink it due to the alergy issues and they managed everything in a very professional way. I must recommend you guys to visit liked the service alot

Couple of days ago i went to this store…Awesome service, manager i guess the name was simmi. She was super polite and helpful . Loved the service must recommend others to visit. Customer service was super friendly i was having a bad day but my evening lightened with joy after talking to them.

I usually prefer Tim Hortons for my snack at this tim hortons on a daily basis. From last few days, I am noticing a significant improvement in their service. I ordered a medium french vanilla, even there was a long queue of customers before me still i got my coffee in time. I don’t know whether she was the manager or whatever, but had a name tag with Ripan. She was going on very quick nd I am completely satisfied with the service. Keep it up guyzz 💯💯

Fast drive thru here

On Jun 26 we waited 30mins stuck in the drive thru no way out with less than 7 cars ahead of us and when we finally got to the window they apologized and said they were under staffed, my suggestion would be to close the drive thru then so people are not stuck with no way out. Have them enter the store instead, that way if they don’t want to wait 30 mins for a drink they don’t have too. I reached out to head office to let them know and was told someone from the Pitt Meadows location would reach out and as of July 7 nothing - I think Tim Hortons has gone downhill and does not care about customer service.

Had a pretty bad experience. Came at 7:45pm. I just wanted a grilled chicken bowl. The lady in the drive thru first said they have no rice. Asked her to substitute for more veggies. She then said they have no grilled chicken and can only do fried. I asked her to make more and explained am celiac and can’t eat wheat. She said no to making more and kept suggesting bread options. Worst experience ever. It would take 5 minutes for them to heat up some more chicken. Other locations have done it without issue

I’m a regular customer at your store, and I wanted to share my experience on December 12th around 6 PM. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant one.

Two staff members, who appeared to be Indian women, were talking loudly in their native language and laughing a lot. What bothered me most was that they were making jokes about customers and laughing at them while interacting with them. Since I understood their language , I could follow everything they were saying, and it was really upsetting.

It is truly embarrassing that a company as old as Tim Hortons, with all its history and charitable efforts, would have employees who behave like this.

I will no longer be returning to this location, and I am genuinely sorry for the management of this branch. I hope they take this matter seriously and make the necessary changes, or else I can’t imagine anyone continuing to patronize this store.

I had a really great experience at this Tim Hortons location since they made my very confusing drink order and also made my food with good quality. The employee who served me was Amrit and he did a really good job making my drink. He was really nice and good at his job. I will be going out of my way to go to this location because there icecaps are also just better then the other Tim hortons near by.

The products are always consistent and good. The atmosphere is ok, and the service is ok.
Under staffing, in a busy place is a recipe for disaster. You don’t get happy smiles and warm greetings. You get unwashed tables, overflowing trash, and disgruntled employees who are fed up.
