Although the food is good and the service is friendly, the premises are so dirty that it's difficult to order food. We usually do drive-thru, but on a couple of occasions when we've needed the washroom, it's been so off-putting we've gone elsewhere. Not a reasonable amount of dirtiness or unkempt surroundings, but truly dirty, messy and an unhealthy environmentfor serving food. It takes a lot for me to complain, and again, the service is friendly and kind, but the environment is not suited to good service.

Ordered via doordash: 2 breakfast sandwiches, a water, a hasbrown, and an apple turnover. Breakfast sandwiches were on the wrong buns, egg shell in the egg of one, and they didn't send the turnover. Super annoying as im at work and can't have it corrected. 😑

Upon entering the store we should have turned around and left. Its so cold inside. Freezing! Colder than outside in october. We ordered a breakfast wrap value deal, chicken& cheddar, apple pie, sausage& cheddar meal with a hotchocolate. The wrap is very small, 1/4 piece of bacon on it, ketchup and egg. It was gross. Don't waste your money. Coffee tasted like water. The chicken cheddar, and apple pie were ok. Very small though. Sausage and cheddar came burnt with an egg on it. That is not what we ordered. Returned it. They gave me another one BURNT! Third time was right. The hotchocolate was watery. The girl serving up scooped more powder in the cup, it was still watery. I will never be back in. I do not recommend it. Save your money. Go to Starbucks next door, or any place else. This resturant needs a lot more training, and work on the buisness.

I ordered the peri-peri burger with onion rings. The cashier taking my order was super nice. The store was busy even then the customer service was accurate. The supervisor was also very friendly. The store was clean. I am eagerly waiting for their veggie burger.
