I ordered pick up in store. A teriyaki chicken roll and a dynamite roll. Everything was good until I got home and opened the food. The dynamite roll was soaked in more teriyaki sauce then the chicken teriyaki.

TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS – DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE
BEWARE: This place scams seniors. My grandfather and his elderly friends picked up a takeout menu, ordered based on those prices, and were charged about $25 more than expected. Every item was upcharged by $5–$10 with no warning. When questioned, management smugly said “prices are subject to change” — no heads-up, no sign, no empathy. We politely asked for a credit for the overcharge, and the manager said no and then hung up on us. Unprofessional and shameful. We will never return — and if you care about honesty, neither should you.

I ordered hamachi. Paid 18 dollars. It was rancid. The restaurant would not take responsibility and provide me with a refund as it was ordered through Door Dash. Door Dash wouldn't take responsibility as it is a food quality issue. After 2 phone calls the restaurant continued to refuse a refund. And as you can see in the owners response below, their customer service tactics are less than professional.

Wow!!!! I ordered delivery for the first time and I am impressed. The yam tempura is the best I’ve ever had - I can actually taste the vegetable and not just grease. The roll also is clearly made with fresh ingredients that all come together so nicely. Thank you Alberni Sushi I will be ordering again
