My son and I stopped by Boomerangs Café in Port Alberni today and tried their kangaroo burgers with onions—and wow, they did not disappoint! 🔥 Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, these burgers are officially one of our new favorites. The combination of the unique meat and fresh toppings made every bite a delight. Highly recommend giving these a try if you’re in the area!
We were in Port Alberni for a couple of days and found this restaurant. A little bit of Australia, great ambience. We had breakfast here twice and the food was delicious and lots of it. The staff were friendly but competent. We will make this a must stop whenever we are in Port Alberni next..
While driving in the back woods we heard this ad for a restaurant, called Boomarang Café, featuring foods from the outback located in Port Alberni. We would be driving through town at dinner time so we gave it a shot.
Great menu with lots of variety and interesting nods to foods I imagine you WOULD find in Australia. One of the owners spend a good chunk of his life there, so I feel it's gotta be authentic.
