I had fish tacos and cactus cut potatoes. The potatoes were exactly as I remember as a kid: searching for the perfect ones and then you're left with the big floppy ones lol. They're why I stopped by but the fish tacos were extremely good and completely outshined the spicy taters.

Sat on the bar side to watch sports but the volume on the games was off and music was playing loudly overhead. Food, beverage & service were excellent. Was very clean, but not that busy for a Saturday lunch.

My friend ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and specifically said that she could not have onions on her pizza due to an allergy. And what do you know, in the pizza were tons of onions. She already ate half of the pizza when she noticed there were slices of onions in the pizza. Luckily she is only allergic to raw onions, but this situation could have been extremely bad. I would have liked to rate this place higher because the Triple Pepperoni Pizza I ordered was delicious.

Not what I thought it would be for a BP..service lacked ..when my food came it was so spicy hot couldn't eat it even after requesting that the spice was taken out . When telling waiter that I couldn't eat it ..offered no solution other than a to go container !!! Will never be back . Asked for menu had to ask twice !! Took forever just to get glass of water !

Its basically fancy fast food. Every BP is the same. The service quality all depends on time of day, but the servers are all wonderful people (which makes a review like this tricky).
Chef Meecro Wahvay rarely gets a day off.

This is the second bad experience I've had and won't be going back. We sat down and 10 minutes later someone asked us what we wanted to drink. 30 minutes later we got our waters after the waitress helped her friends get drinks who sat down after us. We waiting 3 hours before we eventually had our dinner in front of us. Didn't plan on eating at 10pm after getting there at 7 but okay.. food was super salty and feta cheese smelled sour. Horribly slow service, waitress was more interested in helping her friends and the bus boy was more attentive. They help the regulars faster which is no way to run a business.

A little strange that your featured drink on the sign as you walk in is a “BP mudslide”. Not only did the waitress not know what this is, when she delivered said drink to the table she said “after some research, the bartender was able to make it”… why feature a drink if they don’t know what it is? Or how to make it for that matter? It was not even close to a mudslide, it was absolutely disgusting. Very odd.
Our waitress also never went over specials with us. Or really cared about how we were doing. It was a rather disappointing experience.
I ordered a new drink when my food arrived, it never showed up before we left. I actually had to ask for the drink that never showed up to not be on my bill.
We will never come back to this location.

So it’s funny walk to Boston Pizza and they have all over the place. Yes, we’re called Boston Pizza, but we’re Canadian and owned.
I have a question for you, Boston Pizza. This is how I left my plate for my server. She picked up my plate saw all this crust on my plate and didn’t ask me if I felt that this was a little bit too much crust to be on a pizza that cost $27 plus taxes. I usually write great reviews yet for a Canadian or so-called Canadian business. Do you really feel this $27 pizza is really worth my hard earned money. I truly wish I would’ve taken a photograph of my girlfriend’s French onion soup and they truly lack of cheese on it yet I thought the picture of the pizza and the lack of ingredients is proof of enough that this company is treating Canadians like an American is treating us Canadians so Boston pizza if you Canadian act like Canadians and treat your customers with proper portions of food.
I figured I would update my post to the owner that responded about me contacting. I’m sorry that I will contact through here yet. I put a new photograph on From a commercial from Boston Pizza. Look at all his ingredients on his pizza then go back and look at all the ingredients on my pizza and then you should have all the investigation you need once again Boston Pizza Treat us like we deserve to be treated like your commercials. Show us being treated lots of ingredients on the things we order now look at my pictures of my pizza and how little the ingredients are so you tell me what you should do to investigate add more ingredients to your pizza so they are worth $27 for a medium pizza.
Good food
We ordered the artichoke and spinach dip to start, two mushroom and chicken pastas and one lasagna. The starter never arrived and when we told our server about it she laughed and said that she forgot. The mushroom and chicken pasta was ok, nothing special, but the lasagna was not a lasagna at all! It was bolognese sauce with normal pasta. Our server never came to check we were happy with our dishes, or if we needed anything else. Overall terrible service, and I think staff needs customer service training. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
Not only did they lose my order, a didn’t offer a discount beyond what we had, the manager left my phone call without a customer service response… talk about RUDE!!! Busy or not it’s your responsibility to be kind to all your customers…. Even if they are rude or demanding satisfaction because of your poor service….
