Wow! What a brilliant restaurant, a must try if you’re in town. The only thing better than the food here is the management, we tried almost everything and didn’t have a single bad bite. I’d recommend the flat bread, but I haven’t had olives like this since I left the Middle East. Delicious, will definitely be back.

Vibrant, flavourful, large portions and well plated dishes. The staff were so friendly and always checking in. I'm visiting from the Kootenays, and I highly recommend the Brie and Barrel.

We went there this evening for dinner and had a great time. Had wine with their Brie appetizer, then had the Moroccan Lamb Tangine and Moroccan Chicken with lemon confit. Finished up with their 'deconstructed' baklava and coffee.
We got to chat with the owner, and got the backstory on the Swept Away Inn and the hard work he and his wife went through to get established here in Port ten years ago (hard to believe it's been that long) .
