Honestly, when you walk in, it is a fun, exciting vibe. I was seated within a minute or two, it wasn't busy, there was maybe 4 or 5 other tables from 2 to 5 people, it was a Thursday, there were multiple waitresses/bartender on. I ordered the bacon, prawn fettuccine, it was so overcooked I couldn't even eat it, the noodles were mushy, and the prawns were really overcooked, as i sat there sipping my drink, watching waitresses just pass me by with an entre untouched for half a hour, for how empty it was...the service was slow, and poor....BUT the waitress was more then happy to take it off my bill, the crab cakes were super greasy, and wet which also gave me a stomach ache. They were crispy. It was also just mushy, and wet....not what u usually get. I am not this person who usually complains, but i was so excited.. it looked like such an amazing place, and when I read about it online, it was extremely what I like and was looking for, I even walked away from the brewery to go there, because the food at the brewery i just wasnt craving, and left extremely disappointed from the cypress..... I should have stayed at the brewery. The eggnog martini was tasty though.

The service was great but I think they might've had a little accident with the salt in the kitchen. Our mashed potatoes were extremely salty. We did mention it to the waitress and she replaced it with some free croquettes. Other than the saltiness, we had a great experience

Best restaurant in town! Highly recommend the prime rib special on Fridays and the deep fried ice cream for dessert.

If you get overstimulated by bright lights and loud noises this place is for you. Low lighting, comfortable seating and great food.

Really enjoyed the food. Mashed potatoes had a lot of flavour, and all the pasta dishes looked really appetizing as well. I think the cordon bleu could have used more savory flavour. It was good, but maybe stronger cheese or saltier ham would make it amazing.

Excellent food, friendly service, lotsa parking, their potato croquettes are the best. You don’t have to play at the casino to eat here.
Been here a few times absolutely love it the best place in town. The staff is amazing and we love

The food was absolutely delicious, mouthwatering. I would highly recommend the chicken cordon bleu, absolutely a masterpiece. (Get the mashed potatoes though, if you get the roasted potatoes, you get like 4 or 5 tiny potatoes. The mashed potatoes are delicious and a much bigger portion for the same price.) The thing is though, the service was SO slow. I was there with my partner (I had made reservations) we had to wait probably 15 minutes just to be seated both times we were there. When we got sat down the first time we were there, first we were asked if one of us were 19, and we were hounded a little about it, even though it's a known fact that it's only the casino and alcohol you need to be 19 for, it even started that on the radio. It took the waitress upwards of 30 minutes to get back to our table when we said we just needed a couple of minutes more to decide what we wanted. We got checked on a total of once, for the waitress mid bite to ask me if I was still working on my food or if I needed a to go box, while I had the fork in my mouth mind you, and my partner said that they were done with their food and she could take their plate, the waitress had already walked off, didn't bother with my partner. We literally had to ask for our waters to be filled after waiting another 10 minutes. And then when we finally wanted the bill, we had to wait another 30 minutes while it appeared the waitress was doing who knows what at the counter, wasn't busy with customers, nothing.Second time we went, the last time we will go, same waiting situation, except we didn't want to wait an extra 30 minutes so we decided really quickly what we wanted. The 2nd time (a different one this time) the waitress did come to give us water a couple of times, but we waited an entire hour for our food. The waitress did give us a free cheesecake for our wait though which was cool, so the 2nd experience wasn't bad and not all of the wait staff is bad, just be prepared to wait a LONG time.

Dissapointed! Such a nice setting and classy restaurant! Most food is deep fried thou and potatoes taste like powdered. The word upcharge was mentioned like 5 times while we ordered unfortunately, what a way to set the atmosphere wrong. Can you believe there is an upcharge from roasted potatoes to croquet potatoes , they are still potatoes? I would like to suggest dropping the upcharges as they make no sense and set a bad tone for a classy place!
