Donuts in Port Alberni

“Delicious!! Amazing!! I live in Ireland and every time I'm in Port Alberni a visit to the Donut Shop is a must. I go with my cousin Julie and my Great Aunt who had been a loyal customer for decades. Sadly, weeks after a recent visit with my aunt, she peacefully passed away at the good age of 93. Instead of sending flowers, I sent donuts to my family and Abbeyfield Retirement Home where she was living. Dave was so kind, helpful and efficient organizing the order. He had all the donuts ready the next morning. Thanks so much. That really meant the world to me. Now, I've to work on getting some donuts shipped here!! Cocoanut lime, please!!“

“Sunday, dec5th at approx 230pm we went through the drive thru to get lunch for our kids, the women on the com was extremely rude and condescending. she had NO patients and had a very rude tone. half way through our order I said you know what, nevermind we will go somewhere else. when we got to the window, my husband asked her name and she refused to give it to us. I asked to speak to the Manager and she said no. I told her she had terrible customer service and we will be contacting her employer to complain. WOREST EXPERIENCE EVER.“
