I like to give businesses plenty of time before I review them. I visit repeatedly so I have a lot of examples for my opinions.Harbour Scoop has continually blown me away since the new owners took over. They are kind, friendly, and helpful. Their ice cream is delicious, and they've expanded their menu to include a variety of hot and cold treats. They are teaching the youth to work, handle money, and serve customers. Love this place! They always have a ton of flavours (always changing!) to choose from, service is fast and super friendly. They have 4 "sizes" (Baby, S/M/L), two types of cones or you can get it in a cup. The frozen lemonade is really good as well! This place is always a must when at the quay during the on-season. They also have a stamp card, which is nice!
