Coffee always taste watery. Very weak brew. The McDonald's on Redford Ave, seems better, you do have to ask for a fresh brewed. And wait 5 mins.

Was mystified that they will no longer double toast anything.. it will burn they say...that's how I like it but regardless they then lied straight to my face saying they don't have a rotary toaster but use a pop down...lol I'm sure that must take forever when your pounding out breakfast or burgers all day.. but no worries I always get my coffee from Tim's anyway as yours seems to be water.....no worries.. I guess I'll be saving time and money just hitting Tim's for both.....

Drive thru is very efficient. The people there are polite and nice. Service with a smile ?that goes a long way. Food is average for mcd. Just what you would expect at a McDonald's. This location is my first choice for McDonald's in Port alberni. Lots of seating for eating.

This McDonald's location is truly horrible. I'm not sure what the reason is but they get my order wrong every time. This isn't an issue with the Redford location at all. Every single time I order from here they get something wrong. The worst part is that the fries are always ICE COLD. Avoid this location at all costs and go the the other McDonald's in town instead.

service wasn’t very friendly and heartwarming… felt like they were treating me like a pest the whole time. took like 15 minutes for us to get our food even though the drive thru was barren and we were the only ones ordering.
store was a little filthy and unkempt. half of it was closed down. made me feel like i was in detroit. can’t imagine what it’s like deep in the kitchen. they probably spill rat feces and lean all over the fryer.
they were super stingy with the portions. they gave my buddy only half of his mcflurry. the fries were colder than a “professional pole dancer”.
