Came in hoping for a sweet treat and a cozy vibe — left with a pie, a spoon, and a lot of questions. The place wasn’t busy, but the service made it feel like I was interrupting something. The food? Meh. Not terrible, just forgettable. The garbage bins were so full they looked like they were trying to escape, and there were no clean forks in sight. When I asked, I was handed a spoon… to eat pie. That was the moment I knew it just wasn’t meant to be. Disappointed, but at least I’ve got a story now.
A must visit in Port Alberni. Has all sorts of baked goods and a to go section as well
A great bakery café in PA. Baked products are excellent. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this spot for take out or to have a coffee with a treat
Very busy bakery which is an excellent sign. The biscuit breakfast sandwich wasn’t the freshest but it did hit the spot and coffee was good
Every time I buy something from this bakery i am overall disappointed. Their bread is ok BUT their pastries are unbelievably sugary.
Last time I bought a mini cheese cake and I could only take a bite as it was so sugary.
Even cinnamon buns are nauseatingly sugary.

Fantastic selection! delicious food. We came here after a hike HUNGRY so got coffees, sandwiches, soup, croissants, cheese cake. Literally to die for. The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was phenomenal and the chai latte I don’t know if I’ll ever have a better one in my life. 12/10 thank you!
Normally come here when I have visitors from out of town and want to treat them to some sweets for breakfast. Great assortment of pastries and baked goods. I especially enjoy the cinnamon buns.

Excellent food and coffee
We go every time we are in Port Alberni. Love their wonderful service and always have to get one of their oversized giant glazed donuts.
