I think this is the worst pizza in town; It's just disappointing. The pizza is not good, the wings are so-so, and the dips are bad (The garlic one tastes, and looks like, soft butter and the cheese dip is quite tasteless).
If the price matched the quality it'd be understandable.

Normally we have good experiences at Papa Johns. Monday night was a different experience though. We ordered 5 large pizzas, breadsticks and two orders of 16 wings. We were all watching the Stanley cup game and live decently close to Papa Johns so our teens walked to grab the food during the intermission. When they got back after waiting a really long time we realized that the orders of the wings were both parmesan garlic, which normally I wouldn’t care or even complain about but one of the kids is allergic to dairy and cannot have that flavour so we call and let them know and they seemed annoyed, made us bring the wings back to get new ones and didn’t offer any sort of compensation for the hassle of having to go back there and wait again. Even offering us to keep the wings that they messed up on, since I assume they had to throw them out anyways would have been great, or offering to deliver the new wings. Instead they basically said that because the pizzas were on sale it didn’t matter. Which yes the pizzas were a great deal, the wings were not on sale! Like I said, not our normal experience, but it was a bit disappointing.

The pizza was lacking topping and cheese. I asked for double pepperoni and clearly was not double based on the advertised image. And the chicken bites were not cooked enough.And last time, got 3 mediums and was also lacking toppings and were all piled into the middle with a very large crust, 3 inches wide. Also was missing the chicken on the butter chicken.Will never go there again due to lack of quality and consistency.

I have worked there previously and have seen first hand that they do not care about food safety, they drop the food and then don't throw it out they put it back into the box, and their floor is very dirty. They also have their kids in there every day and sometimes messing up the food.DO NOT ORDER
Ordered through the website, website is slow and clumsy to navigate. Food was made very quickly for pick up.. they said 25 mins and it was ready in 15 mins. Food was fresh and hot but very lacking in any flavour. Food was bland and lacking in toppings. 3 of us ate it and none of us cared for it. 1st time ordering here as we wanted to switch it up and try something different but we won't order here again. Overall I appreciated the quick service and the front of house staff were friendly but the food wasnt good enough to make us come back.

Delicious!! This is our place whenever we get a craving for good pizza! It’s always consistently fresh and tasty. I love Papa Johns pizza because the crust is made fresh to order and not too greasy like some other pizza places. The owner is always friendly with a smile on his face and eager to help!
