The pizza was lacking topping and cheese. I asked for double pepperoni and clearly was not double based on the advertised image. And the chicken bites were not cooked enough.And last time, got 3 mediums and was also lacking toppings and were all piled into the middle with a very large crust, 3 inches wide. Also was missing the chicken on the butter chicken.Will never go there again due to lack of quality and consistency.

I have worked there previously and have seen first hand that they do not care about food safety, they drop the food and then don't throw it out they put it back into the box, and their floor is very dirty. They also have their kids in there every day and sometimes messing up the food.DO NOT ORDER

Ordered through the website, website is slow and clumsy to navigate. Food was made very quickly for pick up.. they said 25 mins and it was ready in 15 mins. Food was fresh and hot but very lacking in any flavour. Food was bland and lacking in toppings. 3 of us ate it and none of us cared for it. 1st time ordering here as we wanted to switch it up and try something different but we won't order here again. Overall I appreciated the quick service and the front of house staff were friendly but the food wasnt good enough to make us come back.

I love Papa Johns pizza because the crust is made fresh to order and not too greasy like some other pizza places. The owner is always friendly with a smile on his face and eager to help!

I worked there for a whole month but the manager has not paid me and I have been fired for 2 weeks and the reason I was fired was because I went on break, the manager there is terrible he has not given me a single

Edit: the owner personally delivered our latest pizza on 4/19/23 because the last two orders had issues. He said he personally wanted to confirm quality standards were met. That's going above and beyond imo. Edited from 3 to 5 stars for great service.That's a lot of crust on this Shaq a Roni.
