The batter on the chicken had thick black hairs woven through it and the pizza made our whole family sick (a few if us tried it again the next day and got sick again so we know it was the pizza). Then they wouldn't respond when we asked about their sanitation and food hygiene practices. Gross! So now none of our family will eat food from.Pizza Factory ever again and we're spreading the word.

Best Pizza I have had in Port Alberni. That being said, had the delivery driver show up and say they tried to call regarding an incomplete order (Call display says they didn't try). Was told if it was in the bag it was the last of it, and that they would be buying more on the way back. There was none in the bag. They knew there was none in the bag. They didn't discount me, they didn't remove it from my order, they didn't pick it up en-route. They lied to my face, took my money and knowingly didn't complete the order. Dick move.
Update: I don't know how many months later, my partner ordered. Literally a chunk of broken glass in the pizza. Found it with my mouth not eating the rest.

We had the family chicken combo and some extra’s . All were very good. We’ve enjoyed it for 2 days and we never eat takeout left overs so that is saying a lot.

The new Vegan menu is amazing. The plant based chicken burgers were so good my partner could not believe it was not chicken. We also tried the vegan pizza cheese burger. It was also great.
