Fantastic food and service Highly Recommended

First time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was. Some of if not the best sushi I’ve had and the service was phenomenal. I think the lady who served me was named Yumi, and she was so lovely and attentive. Will for sure be back!

I ordered the Pork Katsudon and it was awesome. Meat was crispy outside and tender inside and the glass noodles topings on the Katsudon was a surprise since I never had it that way before but it added a different dynamics to the dish.

the 4+4 tuna and salmon sashimi was also excellent

Such an amazing array of lunch specials! Fast service, friendly lady who was working alone - it was busy and she kept calm and cool. Very fresh and tasty sushi. I can’t wait to come back 🙏🏼

Our waitress was super friendly and quick to serve us. As per some other reviews, dont be discouraged by the exterior of this location, it really is a hole in the wall but the sushi was really good. Everything was fresh and the makis were good portions. Highly recommend if you are driving thru.

Found a new favorite sushi place for date nights! By far the BEST sushi in town! Me and my hubby have had the delight of coming here because our regular place was sold out. Needless to say we can't go back to our regular place after eating here. Our new favorite! The menu oh the menu sooo much to choose from and we love having variety. This is the go to place. The waitress was very kind, always smiling, even cracked a couple jokes. What a great environment. Clean and friendly all around. 10/10 recommend!

Our new favourite place. Just as you pull into Port Alberni look off to your left. You will see timber Lodge, RV and Campground and as you’re driving, make that turn and stop in the timber Lodge sushi. this place is absolutely incredible from the ambiance of the place. You could sit on the deck you could watch the TV. You could sit in a separate room. There is so many places for you to enjoy your dinner. Parking is very ample so again no worries about seating or a place to park now let’s talk about the staff. The staff the lady serving the food. You cannot believe how fast they get to the table and how welcoming they are. Freshwater a quick drink and then your meals comes out and wait till you see what they bring out for you. I highly recommend this place for everything that it has to offer. Don’t pass this stop here in Port Alberni. Sushi is where to go and this is the sushi place to go to. I should also mention they have other things on their menus like french fries and things like that for the people that might not like the sushi. I will throw up a couple of photos. I took yet once again please think about stopping here because it is a great place to enjoy a wonderful meal.

The family loved it. Food was great and was out to the table super fast. My 7yr old son couldn't get enough. Haha! We will be back. Thank you
