Just found out that our local Starbucks is one of the under performing stores that's being permanently closed!! Yeah. Thank god. It is a Horrible coffeehouse. Nasty burnt rubber tasting slop. Thank you Starbucks Seattle.

No very friendly for seniors to book online . If you pay when you drive up, you can wait for 2 to 3 ferries as the people that booked on line have presidents .

The employee Cache made the experience much better than previous experiences at this location, amazing customer service and extremely polite. Went above and beyond to ensure the customers were beyond satisfied.

Exceptional customer service from both the staff and the store manager. We accidentally left a purse at this location, and they went above and beyond to help us recover it, even arranging to have it shipped back to us. Truly grateful for their kindness and effort!

Had to wait 15 mis for a short dark roast because cashier taking the order forgot. Then when I asked, lady at the counter said he should have given it to you. Finally when I got it, a simple sorry about that would have been good enough….. but nothing. No acknowledgement whatsoever.

Had a horrible experience at the Pacific Rim Starbucks. I had to wait to place an order while three staff were standing around chatting. Then, I had to wait for over 15 minutes for my strawberry matcha drink. It looks like they were prioritizing drive through and mobile orders, as well as hot drinks over cold drinks. I had to ask for my drink twice. After the staff made it, she placed it on the counter away from me instead of giving it to me or calling my name when she knew it was mine. I guess she was upset that I had asked her about it. Busy store with lots of staff working but horrible service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in maintaining the reputation of the brand. As a regular Starbucks customer, I know exactly how much ice and refresher should be in the drink I ordered — and I can say with certainty that this location filled the cup with so much ice that there was barely any room left for the actual drink. This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the quality standards I usually associate with Starbucks.
