Very poor customer service totally horrible experience with the staff I am not local it was my first time in that subway. first staff completely ignore me and my friends we keep waited they didn’t even great . Then the girl start making subway with top notch attitude without even changing the gloves when I apologized and told her to change as we were ordering veg subway she was so rude with us didn’t even said sorry . I will never going to come back in that store again

Customer service was really poor as we entered the subway we were ignored by the staff after that one of them didn’t change their gloves after preparing for meat sub this was the first time ever they asked us to mention about the gloves before which was really weird as I have seen in all the subways except this one to change gloves in each order for food safety specially if they don’t know if the customer is veggie or non vegetarian. Food was nice but because of service I never would like to come back here please raise your service to customers instead of attitude it will make your store more better. Everyone deserves welcoming environment when they come in to order their food. All the best for next time hope you guys do better.

I got food poisoning from here for sure. It was the only thing I ate all day after traveling. Ordered 2 steak and cheese. Was super sick (both ends). Also had issues with my coupon lady was trying to say it wasn't working and wanted me to pay full price for both.
Very bad! We ordered 3 subs 2 veggie subs 1 steak and bacon streak subs we told the lady to put cheese in ours then bagged both veggie subs WITH ONLY CHEESE we waited abt 3 mins for ours standing at the line waiting she does the order behind rings him up and then says “your order ready” we said we didn’t pick our vigges she rips open the bag asks us what we want in it then closed it she didn’t even say sorry! Im not coming back
