From the moment I started ordering I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Staff were snickering behind the counter and ignoring me when I told them what I wanted on my sandwich. They tossed the sandwich down the line as if they had some reason to be upset. When I said I would prefer habanero cheese instead of the white they were putting on without asking me, I was met with agitation and more whispers. Terrible experience to say the least and the entire staff needs some more training when it comes to customer service.

This location always conveniently forgets to put cheese on my wife’s salads. We always have to ask for cheese! These people are very cheap and dirty! Reusing their gloves after handling cash! If you’re pregnant I recommend not eating here, it could make you and your baby very sick!

I'm convinced the people working here are complete and utter idiots. How hard is it to get a pickup order right? It has my name and the exact subs I want on it and this is now the third time my husband has had to walk back over to have the order corrected. Either teach your staff to read, or close your doors.

The sub I ordered was okay. However, for $20.00 I think it should've been much better. The staff member who served me seemed very shy. As for the amenities, the floor was very slippery. Deplorable service. rushed the making of my 6 inch sandwich. Forgot to add peper and when it was brought up DUMPED pepper and salt all over my sandwich. Wasnr realized untill after I had taken a couple bites. I have a stomach condition where I can have anything spicy including to much pepper. Got quite ill and had to go up to the hospital. Day after still suffering the effects.

I asked for the steak and cheese salad rice bowl. When I got it there was none of what was suppose to be in there except for rice. Some meat and a bit of mushed avocado. No sauce no cheese no cucumber nothing that was advertised. Worst thing I have ever had from there. Never again.?total thumbs down.
