A must stop while in Port Alberni! My server Sophia was so lovely, friendly and professional. The food was phenomenal. The flavours are complex and the dishes are thoughtfully made. The short rib birria mac was full of favour and the beef was so tender. Don’t miss out on the beeramisu to finish!

We ate here recently, it was out first visit since they opened. We were both very impressed. Really nice menu with lots of options not offered in town. We had the scallops to start - they were perfectly cooked. Mains were corn chowder and a chicken buger; both were very good - burger could have been a bit saucier - but I'd order it again. And the Brussel sprout casear, very nice! Many local beers on tap, we tried a few. Nice to see such a lineup. Never ordered a cocktail but the selection looked solid. Honestly, the ambience was really cool - we loved sitting in there. Service was excellent! We'll be back.

after having the highway shut down from an accident. we realized would would be in Port longer then expected. Wife googled and this place came up. When we arrived with no reservations the only sitting was at the bar as they were slammed. All the staff were fantastic. I had the burger and a local ale. I was very impressed. My wife's meal was unbelievable as well. The historic building was well done inside and had a great vibe. Next time we are in Port it's a goto for us. Will be back.

If you're halfway to Tofino, stop here. Only been open for 2 weeks (Sept-2025) and yet this ex-train-station has it all. (It's hard to see from outside, but trust me, it's there. Entrance is on the far side, on the train platform). Booths; cute. Bar; profound. Vibe; perfect. 25 beers on tap. Wine selection superb (recommend the Bacchino). Food: you MUST try the oysters, they sound insane but taste sublime.

Great vibe. Very clean. Staff very attentive. Salmon cooked perfectly. Whatever that salad was with the brussel sprouts in it was one of the best I’ve ever had.
As a musician that eats at restaurants all across Canada I can say without question “This amp goes to 11”. Thanks for a fantastic experience 🤘

The Atmosphere was beautiful, the seating was very comfortable, the servers were pleasant and knowledgeable of all there drinks and food menu as well as checking on us and bringing us our orders promptly, the food was incredible we were all very happy with the dishes we were served ,the Brussel sprout ceaser had amazing texture and flavor and the Salmon dish was prepared perfectly ,I highly recommend you book your self a dinner date here,we will definitely be back again ,thank you for the wonderful experience 😊
