First time trying tiffin Thai and now I'm upset with myself for missing out on this for over a year. Don't waste time like I did. Go try it! It's so good!
They understand the assignment when you ask for spicy ??

The stir fried basil and the mixed vegetables were way too salty, they made me think to avoid Thai food altogether hereafter. The mixed vegetables served was entirely different from the photo on the menu.
100% Thai food, everything was delicious and the price was great, the girl who served us was super nice, definitely highly recommended

The lunch special Pad Thai is quite a generous portion and fairly priced for all the food you get. Their extra spicy option is actually ?? HOT ?? as well. It comes with a pleasant tofu soup, spring roll, and salad. Lots of food to keep you full for a while. I also got the chicken skewers and they were pretty good too. My only regret is I didn't get a bubble tea to go with my meal. I had the taro one last time I ate here, and it was delicious.

If you are looking for some Thai food?
Go to Tiffin Thai!!
Hidden in the back of Port Alberni.
Great food, reasonable prices, excellent service and perfect location!
Taste is good.
Price is on the fair prices.
18 to 23 dollars for a main course without rice.
And the rice??
Hell yeah!
The waiter told me that it is truly huge.
He wasn’t lying!!
And a good Thai restaurant needs to know what ‘nam plaa’ is. The fish sauce. They did and served me with it!
Bonus points!
As a Tourguide I visit Thai restaurants all over the world.
I will be back in this one for sure!!
Friendly staff.
Simple restaurant.
Worth if you are looking for great food.
Until next time!!

This place was so perfect! Better than the Thai food I had in Thailand. After a cold kayak trip the curry and soup felt like it rejuvenated my soul. The server was so sweet to us too. 10/10! Would come to port Alberni just for this experience again. Accommodated for my partners garlic intolerance too!

I got the mild spice.....holey crud...couldn't even taste the food it was so spicey. Your dinner shouldn't hurt your mouth. I'm no stranger to a good spicey dinner, but when you are expecting mild and you get burn your tongue off. It's not a good thing. Spice is supposed to enhance the flavor of your food, not erase it and then kick you in the mouth. Thanks for $80 of un-eatable food, what a waste.

Amazing. Very authentic. Tastes exactly like the Thai food I had in Thailand.
Could not fault it. Generous portions.
Affordable. Warm and wonderful staff.
The food was too salty and did not feel natural. Very badic fast food quality with the prices of a restaurant. The chicken brot was as if it was done from a dry concentrate. The pad thai had a raste of spicey noodles with ketchup. I di not recommend the food. Service was good

Always hot, fresh and flavorful. They also substituted some veggies for me without a problem. Definitely worth a try if you’re coming to town or a local looking for something to eat!

I got takeout and loved it - I'm picky with Thai food, and what I ordered from Tiffin Thai (veggie pad Thai, spring rolls and salad rolls) were all authentic and delicious - took me right back to eating in Thailand. Highly recommend!
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, the pad Thai with tofu was great, really good amount of tofu and perfectly prepared.
