Been to this location several times before school and during school breaks to get myself a drink and a snack; I’ve had no problems with service and it was fast the employees who have taken my orders are always respectful and sometimes even get a good laugh when talking with them
Best place to eat in port alberni. Great customer service as usual. I always visit in afternoon and the staff start smiling looking at me. They know what i need. And they treat like family.
Coming from Tofeno late night and very tired. We need excellent coffee to drive. Every business based on employees. This Tim Horton owner is lucky that he has emplyee like Kanal. Best services 👌
