I’ve gone here during lunch break at Alberni District Secondary multiple times throughout the school year using the drive thru I’ve never had any issues with wrong orders they always have my order ready in a timely manner

I waited 35 MINUTES for a BLT Sandwich and Small double double, PLUS the staff was very rude her name was “TiJi East Indian Worker who gave me dirty glare while serving it to my car.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!. Very rude staff they are excessively messing up my order every time I come in…. Their apologies don’t mean anything if you can’t change your actions! It’s a fast food fast pasted place ? You guys take 20minutes for an order. One of the East Indian Manager’s Dinushka made a racist comment on my heritage an so made angry hand jesters at me in front of other customers who witnessed it. Very unprofessional/uncomfortable behaviour gross slippery wet sticky environment/ long waiting periods/ rude staff.
