New ownership has cancelled many items of mobile ordering and made it that store is not friendly and inviting any longer
Went through drive through on my way out of town ordered a bacon egg currant breakfast meal , French vanilla and hashbrown , when I opened my sandwich so saw they did not put bacon on they put a huge glob of mayo and roast beef on it . I was already on the highway headed to Nanaimo as I don’t live in port , unfortunately I couldn’t turn around due to how the highway roads are Never do that, but I’m also Alberta driver sign up tried calling multiple times to get it rectified but no one will answer the phone

The staff is super super rude by how they behave pr do customer service. No customer serves manners. Made me feel like this young white girl being forced to work. 1st no hello no hi no welcome. I ordered ha maro chiken wrap n may she couldn't get it so instead of saying sorry I didn't get it, her wording was reapet ur order and kept staring at my face. May be m.not good looking person but do your business and work properly. Why not just quit the job and let someone else take it who deserves better and can work in great manners.

We had to repeat the order and it was totally wrong, the girl in the window did not give us time to tell her it was wrong she just hung up. Once at the window, the coffes were not marked (it was important because lactose intolerances). Poor service.
