Was really craving a milkshake. Looked online and saw A&W has some attractive looking milkshakes. I ordered two strawberry milkshakes. The clerk asked me if I was OK with real cream, figured she meant whipped cream. When we got our beverages, they tasted more like smoothies than milkshakes. I went back and asked if indeed they were milkshakes. She replied that she had already asked me if it was OK with real cream. I Didn’t realize that the milkshake wouldn’t be made with milk and ice cream. Still not really sure what I got.

The breakfast sandwiches would be so much better if they did not microwave the bread and got with toasting... It's obvious they microwave because it's not toasted and is chewy to a point where it's rubbery. Un-cool.

I ordered 2 burgers one for meal and it was like 18 $ i asked for halepino mayonnaise and she was going to chege first of all i could get same meal at McDonald's for 10 bucks and they want to charge on sauce there was big girl with swollen face i told her we go somehwere else amd she was like ok first of all this place is very quite night time I ordered like at 3 am seriously dont go there guys and I used buy here alot girls were nice now the new people gadbage

Came at 3:40 in the morning after A Hard Day's Work and the grill is shut off due to cleaning so sorry we can't make the one thing we sell 👍

Location: Staff are extremely nice. Exceptionally clean location. Loved my frosty mug for the root beer.
Corporate feedback: Onion rings could use a touch more batter and frying. The batter fell off on almost every piece. Not easy to eat. That said I’d trust this location for future runs when in the area.

Honestly, this place is such a gamble to me. I find after 5:30pm every time I get food from here I end up having the runs. I don’t when I go to other places. I’m not sure why… but, I don’t think I trust the food quality here. There’s other A&W’s that work great for me! The staff were nice and I got all my items. But there has been quite a few time where they’ll forget the chipotle sauce too. Also waited a while. Just disappointed.
