How to make kids cry, after spending 60 dollars on burgers and fries, the teen burgers were thrown together with whole layers of onions not even seperated, and one strip of bacon..... It's truly a disappointment.... Please do better

The kids' combo was supposed to include a granola bar, but it wasn’t there. Out of curiosity, I asked and was told it’s no longer included due to food safety issues. Shouldn’t customers be informed about this before ordering? Instead, they confidently insisted it’s not their fault and that it hasn’t been included for the past two weeks. How am I supposed to know that when I wasn’t here two weeks ago, and they didn’t notify me this time either? Were they just hoping customers wouldn’t notice? If I’d known earlier, I could have decided whether to order it or not. But what’s with that kind of attitude? Shouldn't they either provide an alternative option or inform customers in advance? Saying, "It won't be available for the next three weeks, so please be aware," would be helpful. Thanks for letting me know.

Very bad experience at this location. Went there this morning . Ordered breakfast. Several people got their order before ours . One of the sandwiches were made and stood in bag and waiting a long time for the second . When questioning when the order would be complete . Was told rudely it's coming . Again while waiting still no sandwich was done and other orders were completed . Went up to talk to manager to say don't worry about the food , can you just refund . Was told no ....wowsers. Finally received food and the quality was terrible ( to be honest something tasted off with one of them) . I am also sending a message to corporate ( I actually work in a corporate environment)about this experience because this location needs to be visited by them and their policies reviewed .

A&W is a good place to eat, but bad place to work. My sister used to work here a couple years ago, not sure if much has changed but scheduling was a mess and work environment wasn't nice.
