Ordered 2 orders of sausage and eggs, the meal sausage was oily and mushy, eggs were runny and under cooked, there was no care buttering the the toast and just a quarter size spot in the center of the toast. The only thing that wasn’t bad was the hash browns. I didn’t eat both meals, yet they proceeded to charge me full amount for both meals with next to no care or apology for the poorly cooked food, even though they agreed.
Pancakes are 1/2 the size as a normal pancake, which are also served dry without butter.
There are so many local spots to get breakfast, this place isn’t what it used to be.

We’ve been coming to Amigo for years and have always loved it as a cheap bite.

Even with rising food prices, I still find it reasonable. The servers and owners are very friendly. The updates they’ve done in recent years are very nice as well.

Last time I was in, the food was exceptionally good! I always get the classic breakfast special, so I can’t vouch for any of the other items.

Better than Denny’s or IHOP in my opinion!

First time to try this place. Great service. Pancakes were really soft and fluffy.
Place wasn't too crowded on a Sunday morning unlike other brunch places.

Super awesome neighbourhood gem. The wait was long because of father's day brunch (expected). However, the food is good - your basic mom and pop brunch. The service though, the waiter we had was so proactive. He was offering things before we even had to ask for it (I.e. Napkins, water for the kids, etc).
Would definitely visit again for family time.

My family and I have been here about 3 times. The food is great for the price point. Its not gourmet but its decent and well presented and tastes good. Service has always been friendly and prompt. But I have to issue a warning regarding a possible cleanliness issue. Not sure if it was just a bad day but when we went last time the kitchen looked in terrible conditions. Lots of garbage on the floor and food with back door open. I know its busy and it gets hot. But eaters beware. This could have just been a one-off. Would have to go back again another time to confirm.
