She went above and beyond to make sure a situation was rectified and personally took the time to offer help. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and compassionate in customer service. Kiersten is a true asset to Boston Pizza, and because of her, I’ll absolutely continue to be a loyal customer!
We come here quite often and really enjoy the lounge as there are a ton of tv’s with lots of options and very laid back. The food is good overall with some decent options. More fast food than anything unique but good. We always get amazing service from Kiersten who is really amazing and personable. She definitely makes you feel welcome and appreciated.
We always enjoy our experience when we visit this location. The food is great and the service as well. We often have Kim as our server and she always has suggestions of new items for us to try and she’s a lot of fun! She is a big reason why we keep coming back to this location.
