A very annoying part of using the drive thru here is that after paying, they'll often tell you to reverse so that you're off the sensor and if corporate is too ignorant to realize what's going on, it looks like they processed the entire order in 15 seconds once the driver pulled up to the window.

Bought 3 burgers through Uber eats and when I went to eat it, there was something hard in it. opend up the wrapper, and there was a grease marker in there!.with a long gross string! attached to it. I called to tell them and they said ,something i couldnt understand and then hung up on me pretty quick . Thats some great service.! Never eating there again.

The staff is rude, because when they came to take my order, I was on the phone (and there was no one else waiting or in line). They refused to take my order and pretended to be busy in the kitchen instead!

Since covid the burger king food has gone to crap Figgered we would try again since it’s been a while since we had been back Wasn’t even busy so thought it would be better. worst burger’s we have ever had! no taste to the meat like it was full of sawdust ,not sure what kind of buns they are using either ? Think they dumped the jar of salt in gravy . Our soda cups they gave us too fill one was dirty (didn’t notice till we got home ) chicken nuggets and fries was the only things that was half descent cashier was friendly but food is gross ,won’t be back

Always lack of staff, they just pretend not see anyone stand in front of the cashier area. When one of them saw customers are waiting, they just keep doing what they are doing, and wait till all the orders are clear and take new order. While I was waiting for my order to be fill, I was waiting by the table, the tables at the corner next to the pop machine still have some brown sauces on the surface, not clean properly, and the sitting bench has some food crumbles on it. Look like no one has time to clean them.
Always check the food you order when anyone decide to take out. I ordered the promotion 8 PCs chicken nuggets, when I arrive home only 7 nuggets in the package. It seems the staff like to chatting and joking in their language, and not do their job. This location is running downhill. There used to be 3 burger king locations in Tricity area, now only 2 left, and the 2 still open, one location ignore customer with attitude, and this location's staff doesn't know how to count chicken nuggest. I think I can cross off this location for my go to burger list.
