Always lack of staff, they just pretend not see anyone stand in front of the cashier area. When one of them saw customers are waiting, they just keep doing what they are doing, and wait till all the orders are clear and take new order. While I was waiting for my order to be fill, I was waiting by the table, the tables at the corner next to the pop machine still have some brown sauces on the surface, not clean properly, and the sitting bench has some food crumbles on it. Look like no one has time to clean them.
Always check the food you order when anyone decide to take out. I ordered the promotion 8 PCs chicken nuggets, when I arrive home only 7 nuggets in the package. It seems the staff like to chatting and joking in their language, and not do their job. This location is running downhill. There used to be 3 burger king locations in Tricity area, now only 2 left, and the 2 still open, one location ignore customer with attitude, and this location's staff doesn't know how to count chicken nuggest. I think I can cross off this location for my go to burger list.

Why did I have to reverse my car when do drive in? It is because they time a car how long we wait for food. Now I have to park and wait for my food. Dec 15 2024 2:57
What a joke now there are other cars parked beside me waiting for their food too. Should be drive thru and park

This is one of the worst Burger King restaurants I've ever seen. You always have to wait forever, and they’re never on time. I've witnessed days where people walked out one by one, frustrated by the delays, leaving me completely shocked. I honestly don’t understand why they don’t hire more staff.

The worst milkshakes we have ever tried. They had no flavor at all and the consistency was disastrous. I am very surprised since we have gone to another Burger King where the milkshakes are delicious, I don't understand how the quality of the food can change so much between one location and another from the same franchise. We will avoid shopping at this specific Burger King for now.

Been parked in the parking lot for 17 minutes and the bone heads keep taking orders. 2 + more waiting. I only ordered 2 jr whoppers with cheese. What a joke. Person before me and I walked in and they were just sitting there. Didn’t have any hospitality skills, lacking work ethic and no accommodation for my time wasted. Management’s on point in that joint. All I can say is WOW!! Ok I’m done.

Ordered a Whopper for Whopper Wednesday and for the first time since all the BK franchises changed hands, years ago , The Whopper was actually STEAMING hot !! I couldn't believe it !
Normally the 'burgers' and other menu items are either still frozen, soggy, freezer burnt and/or luke warm at best .
Never get a receipt anymore as staff /manager don't want customers filling out the survey and rarely do you receive any napkins with your order.
Communication with the staff is STILL extremely difficult.

Heena put extra fries in my bag and also was very nice she let us go in the drive though on bikes, gave me and my friends, a free Coke. She had amazing vibes. I think she should get a promotion instantly or be given the whole store be the owner.
