Every time we visit this place, it looks really cozy and inviting. However, the customer service could definitely be better. I never feel valued or appreciated as a customer — the staff often act as if they’re doing us a favor, even when we’re spending quite a bit of money there.
During our last visit, I ordered an Americano with 2% milk. I received it in a to-go cup with the lid on, but there was no milk added at all, and no one mentioned that my order couldn’t be made as requested. When I opened the lid and asked about it, the staff member simply said they were out of 2% milk. This should have been mentioned when the coffee was handed to me, ideally with a question about possible substitutions.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve left feeling disappointed. As much as I enjoy their treats, the lack of warmth and customer care makes it hard to want to return. When the sweet cravings come, this will likely be a last resort.
Also, the consistency of the treats varies: one day they taste like Nutella, another day more like a plain brownie.

My daughter and I enjoy going to Cassandra Cake Co for special high tea dates! The service is amazing and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The food is delicious and you can tell that there is so much thought and care that goes into presenting each treat is such a delicate and beautiful way.

I’ve been here a few times now and would highly recommend. The high tea is fantastic and reasonably priced, and their bakery items are to die for. Just ordered custom cake this weekend and it was so good, all our guests loved it.

I called this bakery because I wanted to order a cake for my son’s birthday. I asked if the owner or bakers were available so I could come in person and talk about the different options they have for cakes. The lady who answered the phone told me I should place my order by email instead.

I explained that I preferred to come in and discuss designs and flavors, but she said if I came in, I’d have to pay a $35 consultation fee just to talk about cake options. That was honestly unbelievable to me — I’ve never experienced a bakery charging customers just to talk about a potential order.

My family and friends were also looking for a good place to order cakes from — and that would have been so many cakes and repeat orders for them. Unfortunately, this bakery lost not just my business, but also all of theirs. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Didn't know a place like this existed in Poco.. My sister got some goodies for our Mother's birthday. I definitely will grab some more goodies from Triple C

The best bakery! The quality is top notch, the prices are so reasonable. Everything is delicious. The service is so friendly, they always go above and beyond. If you’re in the area, you’ve got to try this place. And if you’re not, make the drive out, it’s worth it!

I’ve ordered birthday cakes from Cassandra Cake Co on at least two occasions and I was so happy with my previous experiences, I ordered another one for this year and again, Cassandra did an amazing job The cake was moist and the buttercream was delicious. I sent an inspiration pictures but because I wanted some changes, I described what I was looking for and they nailed it because it was just perfect. The cakes are pricey for a bigger party but you get what you pay for and I was impressed and happy and so were the guests. I would recommend this bakery if you are looking to get a beautiful, custom, bespoke cake that is made to perfection. I appreciate their kindness and the fact I was able this order this within a week of the party. You can also reserve an afternoon tea at bakery and meet up with friends and they have many beautiful desserts. My favourite is the cinnamon bun with the cream cheese icing. It’s so nice to have this lovely bakery in the tricities so be sure to try it because you won’t be disappointed.
