My partner and I arranged to have high tea today and the experience was just PERFECT 👌. They had a table setup for us in the corner where there was lots of natural light from outside and the table just looked so cutely prepared for us. The staff were very friendly and quick to assist us. We chose the Strawberry Sundae tea which was infused with so many flavours making it very delightful to sip on. And when the bakery items were brought over there was a good assortment of yummy foods. The top of the tier was all of the desserts and the bottom was all of the pastries. Both of us did get a bit of a sugar rush, to be expected of a bakery haha. We both highly recommend Cassandra Cake Co. for high tea as well as any custom bakery requests.

Tea at Cassandra Cake Co is a must do! We've been here twice with our 10 year old, everything on the menu was amazing & there's always a ton of delicious treats to pick from in the counter if you aren't there for tea! The staff are all lovely & so helpful!

Your cookies and croissants are to die for, and I’m always greeted so warmly and get such friendly service from the staff. So glad you’re only a 7min walk from my house!!

A friend and I recently visited with our daughters for high tea. The staff were polite and friendly, but not attentive at all. We had to ask for milk for the tea (several times), we had to ask for water, for hot water and for napkins. They also explained that they could not (would not) add fresh tea bags, only hot water - for the price of the "experience" this just felt stingy. The website said they offered kids high tea but there was no difference between the regular and the kids, only a few items were left off so the kids version is just a reduced version of the adult one. The 4 servings all came on one tray, again diminishing the experience especially for the kids. The food was ok but not memorable, portions seemed small and the variety and amount of food was lower than we expected for the price. I've had many afternoon/high teas in the past and this was probably one of the worst overall.

Beautiful and yummy cupcakes and they are not too sweet. The decoration in the bakery shop is very cute! I love it.

We ordered two custom cakes for my daughter’s first birthday. I sent a grainy screenshot off tik tok and the team executed the design perfectly!

We order custom cakes very often as a big family and this was my first time dealing with this bakery. I was very very pleased with the customer service, execution and especially the taste. We got SO many compliments on the moist and flavorful cake which can often be lacking in “pretty” cakes.

We will definitely be ordering from here again for our next event!

Not sure why but the earl grey cupcakes taste like whole wheat bread (couldn't taste earl grey in there at all and it was super dry, like it was 4-5 days old). Now I'm scared / hesitant to try the 2 other flavours I purchased.
Disappointed because this place was on my list to try for a long time and I came out of my way to try this place.
