WOW! I must say this chocolate is not only the best I have ever had but it brought me back to my childhood! The milk chocolate bar (salted & non) is out of this world. It's unbelievable to have this taste if chocolate again when all chocolate bars are so waxy and processed! The staff are extremely friendly and directed me to try other popular favorites. You must go try a chocolate bar from Charlie chocolate factory, no wonder you guys have been around for 50 years! Excellent!! thank you

I can’t say much about the chocolate as it was a gift for a friend, but this is an interesting location for a business. There are two parking spaces out front and the entrance to the shop was not very obvious and from the outside, it looked like it was closed. There are a variety of different shaped chocolates and a few boxes of assorted chocolates. You can also buy individual chocolates as well at the counter. I found what I needed and it was a good change from just the regular Purdy’s we gift others for holidays. Parking for 15 minutes right as you turn off the road.

The owner or lady at the front was super rude and dismissive. Came across as very aggressive. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Wonderful customer service! A variety of chocolate for every occasion. I even found a miniture schnauzer chocolate...lol I would highly recommend this family based business and would suggest that you check it out! And the best peanut brittle you'll ever have!!!!

Love Charlie’s Chocolate Factory - Port Coquitlam and Burnaby. Staff is lovely and they have an awesome selection of designs perfect for special occasions. We have bought thank you chocolates for guests at birthday parties, grad, numbers, soccer, and gummies and more!Check out their seconds bins too!

Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of diabetic / low sugar items great gifts for those who like sweets.

I went to this chocolate candy store right after lunch since it was very close to where I was. The store has a great selection of candy and chocolate, despite the small space of the store. I liked that they sell chocolate in the form of cigars. A lot of their products they even make at their store. I bought a pack of 'Hugs and Kiss' candy that were at a discount, which was nice. If you ever come around McLean Avenue in Coquitlam, I would check out Charlie's Chocolate Factory.

Convenient to find as it is visible from the main road. Parking is on its right side.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff is there to understand your needs and give you suggestions where ever and however required. All chocolate moulds are made at poco location but they also have Burnaby location to serve it’s customers since decades.
The most interesting thing is that you can order dark, regular or milk chocolate in all moulds like airplane, dentures, house and what not.
Great gift options are also available . For customized moulding it’s $300 but you can order hundreds of chocolates at minimal price. Order in advance is recommended and it’s all on the website.

Very nice helpful people.I dont know how good the chocolates are as they were gifts?
