The spicy chicken sandwich was very subpar. The main issue is that the bun isn't toasted. Having cold bread on a sandwich is not a good experience.
Some other more minor issues is that there isn't enough breading for the chicken to feel crispy. Also, the sweet and spicy sauce is probably a benefit than just the straight-up spicy sauce, but it's not offered as an option.

Was sad to see Chicko Chicken closed down, but Nene Chicken sure filled the void. Not too many tables to dine in, but place was clean and staff was friendly. Boneless fried chicken was well seasoned, crispy and juicy. And love that they offer something different too. Their tteokbokki was pretty good.
