We walked in just before closing. I know how annoying that can be, but the staff was excellent. I would recommend this location for the excellent customer service. The food was great too.

Used to go to this location a lot before we moved away. Boy, does this place have gone way downhill since then.Only one person working, there’s no music playing in the store, and there wasn’t even any chopped water in the dispenser! It was completely empty. How hard is it to just put water and a few slices of fruit? If you don’t want to clean the dispenser, just portion some out in your cups.It got even worse when the food comes out. Before, it always come in these nice big white ceramic bowls, but not this time. It was packaged in the to go container! Not sure if the person working there is too lazy to do the dishes or just assumed that we will not be eating in.We ordered the salads, and none of the salads come with the triangle pita chips like we used to get. When I complained to the staff, she said she crumbled some in my Mediterranean salad. Which she did, but before we usually got a piece of pita chips as well. My husband ordered the Cobb salad and he didn’t get any said crushed chips nor the triangle pita chips either. And the portion! We used to be full after eating here, but not this time. The portion feels like a snack now. It was mostly romaine lettuce. The proportion of the lettuce vs toppings seemed different than before. I realize things are expensive nowadays, but this is beyond ridiculous. We thoroughly don’t enjoy eating at this restaurant anymore. No wonder we were the only people eating during lunch time there on a weekend! We felt completely ripped off to be perfectly honest.

Great service, flavours, and super fresh ingredients. Hearty wraps and bowls. 4 stars only because of the price. Would be here more if the budget allowed.

Highly recommended for nutritious, tasty, and fast!I have been going here for about 4 years, it's consistently great!! Fresh veggies/salad/wraps, tasty healthy dressings, plenty of variety, yes, it's a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Sheila and her staff have warm, friendly, glad to help you attitudes which makes going here a joy!Keep up the great work and attitudes, appreciate it!

Nothing special, nothing to make this place unique, no reason to go back. Food was mediocre, not impressive flavour and the service on the cashier was low than average. Sheila maybe had a bad day, like mad or not wanting to work but not rude, just bah. This is a fast-food kind of place they do not have service to your table but ask for Tip while paying the bill, thats not right. In any other restaurant you can get more of everything (welcoming friendly and tasty food) for the same budget. Definitely a place which does not gives any experience at all.

I have been a long time customer of CL and normally grab a wrap. For some time now I’ve seen their quality deteriorating and today was the icing on the cake. I ordered a Bangkok salad and could not get it with the usual dressing because they subbed a spicier version so opted for something else. This cost $23 with TIP. You have got to be kidding me. At this point you’re just stealing money. There was 51 GRAMS of chicken and a handful of veggies. The noodles used to be full noodles and not a chopped up soggy mess. Will never dine here again.

Thought I’d give this location another chance. It’s gone downhill even more! I ordered a make your own salad (romaine, tomatoes, feta, pita chips). It’s almost all romaine and this was a $12 salad. There’s about 1/8 of a tsp of feta. Not really feeling like having a bowl of romaine for dinner so I’ll probably toss. Never again at this location.

I got prawns mediterranean salad and it was ok. The place had AC broken, it was a oven inside. Poor workers were completely exhausted.

Went to the sunwood square location to try it out, and I'll NEVER go to any chopped leaf again. What a ripoff! $20 for a small mixed lettuce salad with maybe 2 Oz of chicken, a couple pieces of cuke & avocado, and then they forgot to add the other extras I paid for. Went over to save-on and got triple the size of salad with way more ingredients for $14 (literally a whole chicken breast PLUS the extras I paid for. $$ is hard to come by these days. I certainly won't waste it at chopped leaf again.
