Been buying from here for a while and was always good. But the buns and bread i bought today was some lumpy soggy crap, ruined the burger first and then trying to make bread crumbs out of the bread was just hell. This wasn't what you were selling quality wise. What the heck changed here, the staff, the materials quality? Best revert it back or brace to lose the repeat customers to competition.
It was delightful. I went to get some scones for my family and I. I enjoyed the pumpkin spice scone, and my son LOVED the cinnamon scone. There’s one woman there who was so nice, she had a beautiful smile, a hijab on, and was always seen smiling. 10/10 service from her. Thank you Cobs.

Bought my favorite cruffin today that I buy quite frequently just to discover it was empty and the cream was literally just a tiny smudge in a hole to make it look like it has cream. You HAD to know you are putting THIS little and basically scamming people. Out of box of 4 I ate 2 and both same empty, so it’s not a one-off accident. Going to go to Lougheed Cobs now instead and hope they haven’t copied your “cost saving hack”.
Went in just before 9am and asked for a Cape Seed Loaf sliced and was told it was too hot still and I’d have to wait 30 minutes for it be sliced. They open at 7am. I have been to many other Cobbs and never experienced this. At 2 hours after opening this shouldn’t be happening .

The best bread is sold here -- not to mention the scones, cinnamon rolls, danishes, seasonal hot cross buns and 😱 so many other wonderful tasting creations!
The parking can be a bit tight at this location but totally worth the trouble if you ask me!
I think this brand began in Australia 🦘 cuz I remember it from when I was there in the early 2000's!

Good breads.good service
Their croissant ia the best in town
I went to grab a cinnamon bun, and to my disgust, there were small flies all over them. When I pointed it out to the staff, the woman behind the counter casually admitted, “Yes, I know, flies are everywhere and we can’t do anything about it.” Seriously? If you’re okay with flies on your food, maybe this is the place for you. But if you expect basic hygiene, avoid it. No thanks.

I don't recommend their mini cinnamon rolls. According to the printed date, they were made the same day, but they were very dry. It seemed as though they had been rolled too loosely to make them look bigger, but for their size, they felt very airy and light. As a result, all the outer layers were crusty and dry. They also don't put much icing on top. I should have just bought the gourmet rolls from Save On or Safeway

Great selection, service and helpful.
I came by half an hour to closing and the pastries were put on a rack behind the counter so I asked if it was ok take a step forward to see what they had available before purchasing and was told its ok by the the staff member that was attending to me; however, another employee very rudely walked by and told me I can’t step over the line to see. I should be able to see what i am purchasing, so maybe next time place the rack on the front counter for the customer? She had the meanest look on her face and made me feel very unwelcome even as I was leaving. I did end up making a purchase; but do not plan on returning to this location again. Bad customer service.
