Had a large dipped cone and it was massive. Great value

Great location right nearby the city hall and the outdoor area. This location is really long and has not only plenty of seatings but also a play area for kids. Ordered a banana split and it was well made but melted a bit too quickly in 14 degree weather. Fast service, nobody else was around at 3 pm on a Tuesday. There are multiple entrances to the store from almost every side of the building.

Service is horrible. The teenage staff need to be properly trained. Zero quality control for food being served. Stop talking to your teenage co-workers while ignoring customers and do your job! My family and I have actually stop coming to this DQ because of it. Port Moody DQ staff, despite being teenagers as well, are trained with the skills needed to work at a fast food chain. Worth the drive.

I meant to write a review sooner but kept forgetting.... this DQ is the best one around! Honestly, the staff are really amazing here and I've been coming regularly for almost 2 decades lol. The past 5 years, the staff have been the best ever! They are always so polite and accommodating and even when a group of 30 people walks in right at closing, they still serve and are polite and do their best. Ive never been treated poorly and have only had a mistake on my order 1 time in all these years. They also make the best portion sizes around!

The atmosphere leaves something to be desired but it's old. They do well with what they have. I imagine its challenging to keep on top of, given the addiction and unhoused problems around.

Anyways just wanted to share my appreciation and say thank you! I've never encountered a kinder and more accommodating staff of this age group.

I asked the girl to decorate the cake and she did literally such an amazing beautiful job!!! This cake was for my best friends bday and our friend anniversary and my request was “cottage core” with lots of whimsical mushrooms and butterflies and she did not disappoint !!! I wish I got her name but Get this girl on Greatest British Bake Off!!! She slayed the house down boots

The service was really awful and slow. The staff did not pay attention as I was calling them a couple of times to get an ice cream cake from the freezer.

Best blizzard ever

Portions and amount of food you get is very small to what it's priced at

Had dinner there with my dad. Very tasty

We order a full meal with blizzard's. I personally ordered a flame-thrower chicken wrap. He said 7 minutes for grilled. I was happy to wait.

However he started making the blizzards right away. Please tell me how that makes sense. I let that go.

Then we get home (2 mins away) open the bag my wrap is just flying around not in the wrapper and looks like this. Please tell me how this is worth the wait and $5. Sigh.
