This was beyond disappointing. The kids’ chicken strips came with only a couple of tiny, dried-up, overcooked pieces that looked like scraps. No matter if it’s a kids’ menu, food is not something to play games with. Serving this is insulting to parents and children alike. Absolutely unacceptable and not worth even trying again.

I am so tired of this location undersizing and skimping. Happens every time. Thats what you get here. Large fries, 2oz under. Buster bars have nearly no peanuts in them. I worked for dq for 10 years I know how things are suppose to be made. Ive been coming here on and off for years and i think im finally done with it. Do you think customers don't notice? Without paying customers you dont have a business. Do better

They are too unkind and rude employees. If you want to eat happily, go to another store.

Everyone please don't go here I ordered a smors cup ice cream and they gave me cup full of syup instead of ice cream the worst place to go they all should be fired they are so rude I asked for more ice-cream they said its extea charge they told me it was a drizzle it was not a Drizzle intead i got soup cup full of syup so I decided to get a refund. I was very disappointed and almost want throw up. They gave a ice cream was so hot instead cold. I would like the manger to please call me that was most worst experience in my life I would like the head office email ASAP. They should all be fired this place should be shut down.

Good service and good food when you dine in but unfortunately soggy and cold burgers and fries when you order online. Apparently couriers don't use thermal bags...and I don't live that far from the restaurant

Every single time I go to this location, they get something wrong. Terrible service
Update: gave them another chance and took my 3 girls for blizzards....they got all the orders wrong. Someone needs to do some staff training and fast! Sadly the service here has really never improved.

I came in 45 minutes before closing with some family, got our food and sat down to eat. About 10 minutes before closing they informed us they would be closing shortly only to turn the lights off, come up to us and verbatim said “we are closed, can you leave”; It wasn’t even the stated closing time at this point.

Not very honest, not willing to correct their mistake. Not very motivated for customer service.

Fast, efficient, professional service. Small detail that made an impression on me is that they don't present tip options at point of payment until you select it.

Today I told them my blizzard is actually running and falling, the girl who made it said it should be like if you want I can make a new one less sauce. I asked her I just want it be regular but she said this is the regular one. I hope you can improve your employee’s skills and customer service.
